We had an extended stay to visit with family and attend graduation. We had reservations for the following day, but decided to drive through and show up early. We called in advance and got the "No problem, come on in." Little did we know that weekend was the state finals for a couple of different sports. Hotel room availability was tight. The staff and rooms were awesome. The only complaint would be the breakfast. The breakfast area was small and it was the same items day after day. A little variety might be nice.

Room Tip: We really enjoyed the King bed with pull out couch suite. Very roomy

I had to cancel my reservation at this hotel at the last minute. I called the hotel and tried to explain the situation. Was told to "hold on a minute".....was cut off. When I tried to call back the phone rang steadily for 20 minutes with no answer. I kept trying to call back with no response. The only way I got my reservation cancelled was for the desk clerk at the Comfort Inn in Bentonville to call. It took him several tries and much time also. Jordan, the person on the phone in Fayetteville was rude and uncaring.

Just got back from staying in Fayetteville for Mom's Weekend at UArk. We had a good room for the first two nights and a great suite room for the third, courtesy of the ice storm! Good service from Matt at the front desk and very friendly and cheery attention at breakfast in the mornings! We had a couple of small issues, but honestly, things were very good and we would stay here again. (The water damage is from a frozen pipe that happened in January during the terrible freeze; you can't hold that against a hotel - they are working to get everything back ship shape asap and it certainly did NOT affect the service we received!) This hotel is in a good location and has easy access to several great restaurants, gas and of course, Wally World!

I only stayed one night, my company booked the room bases on price and rating but there was a reason for this price, the hotel is under major remodel due to what the signs state as severe water damage. The rooms seems to have been remodeled but there was issues such as a toilet that clogged easily, the lock on the door would stick, holes in wall from all picture hangings. The breakfast area was very small and food was not that good.

Room Tip: Wait till the remodel is over before you stay here

We were traveling across country the day after Christmas and decided to stay over in Fayetteville. When we arrived in town, we checked TripAdvisor to choose a place to stay. Since Comfort Inn was among the top rated and the room was inexpensive, we walked in. We were quoted at the desk the price for a room with a queen bed that was higher than the TripAdvisor quote. When we mentioned TripAdvisor, the desk clerk (Manager?) not only matched the TripAdvisor price, he also upgraded us to a suite with a king bed. He was very helpful & very friendly. Our room was GREAT! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very, very nice. The next morning, we enjoyed a full breakfast. Not just a pastry and coffee, but several options including waffles, sausage gravy & biscuits, cereal, bacon, oatmeal, hot chocolate, juices and more. The lady that checked us out was very friendly, too. Since we arrived late in the evening and were back on the road early, we did not have the opportunity to enjoy the indoor pool but it looked well-kept and clean. I strongly recommend staying at Comfort Inn & Suites for the service, great value, nice rooms and real breakfast.

Room Tip: Mention TripAdvisor!

Good location. Very friendly and helpful general manager on check-in. Room was very clean and attractive (and I EXPECT this of all hotel rooms). Room décor was fine. I would have rated the room 4-5 except that the sink water pressure was so bad we had to use the tub faucet. The sink faucet initially worked OK but quickly lost pressure down to a trickle. Breakfast was typical; no complaints. The hotel used to be a Country Inn and the beautiful wood of the staircase and rails have been ruined with chocolate colored paint. The floors have been replaced and are ugly in my opinion. The lobby area is not cozy at all; it has a cold atmosphere with the "new" paint, fireplace, furniture -- all neo-modern. Our room lighting was also modern (retro to me). A bit pricey for an "OK" Comfort Inn especially with the faucet issue. Certainly nothing special, and for my taste had terrible décor in the lobby and dining area.

Booked my room for BBB a little late and got a room here. Very nice hotel with very nice rooms and staff. Very attentive to the bike rally and our needs. Like the non smoking policy and staff was great. Located close to university and near downtown. Don't like being gouged for the rally but that's what everyone else was doing to the rally folks.
