We have been twice in the past fortnight, we have been waiting 10 plus years for a restaurant of this calibre to open in the Ros, The Menu is broad in variety, sensible and uncomplicated and delivers 100% each time, we had a table of 10+ and everyone complimented the quality and presentation of the food, the ambiance even though the restaurant was full, we were. More than able to converse quietly and without interruption. This restaurant will become a positive and memorable experience for all who visit, we'll done to the establishment

have just been today at 2pm. Since this new Chef has taken residence the food is really excellent. I just went in for a toasted sandwich and chips, and chicken nuggets and chips for my children. The food was presented lovely, the chips were proper chips from sliced potatoes, the toasted sandwhich was the best I have tasted in a long time with proper sliced gammon and lovely side salad served on the side. The children's nuggets were proper chicken and tasted lovely, as did the chips. You can help yourself to mi-wadi and water if you wish at lunchtimes, which is great when you have 3 kids in tow. I decided to have a chocolate brownie for desert and it was to die for. It was a proper brownie with home made ice cream and chocolate sauce that just melted in my mouth. There was a great atmosphere in the pub/restaurant and I am looking forward to visiting Quinntin's restaurant some thurs or fri evening to sample the menu. The specials on the black board looked absolutley delicious, all for in and around 10 - 12 euro. 10 out of 10 for this restaurant. Great to see a new place to eat in Roscommon town.
