“Bring your stuff with you”
Reviewed January 27, 2014

I guess there have been some break ins here so bring your stuff with you. Nice site, similar to a lot of other ruins in Ireland. Worth the visit if you are in the County Meath.

“Fun on a hill”
Reviewed November 27, 2013

The teens that are members of a spiritual group really enjoyed their time at this historic location and spent lots of time climbing on the ruins of the monastery that stands here. Bathe adults had a hard time getting the teens to leave. And we got lots of wonderful pictures here.

“Old ruin where St Patrick lit the paschal fire”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

Fabulous views from here right across to the hill of tara & beyond on a clear day. Up a steep hill. Church still recogniseable. Also our Ladys well here which is visited every year on 15th. August

“Well preserved”
Reviewed November 4, 2013

This is a well preserved & well looked after historic site that we visited on a dreary day but it was magnificent. The view would have been good on a clear day.
