This place was a delight. The house itself was well presented with an awesome garden. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Our hostess welcomed us with apple tart and tea, a very nice surprise. She offered suggestions for dinner and directions, all of which proved to be spot on. For breakfast we could have "whatever you like", and the choice was extensive. We were well fed with a delightful, well cooked breakfast. We only decided at the last minute to stop at Navan rather than go on to Dublin. Thank goodness we did, or we would have missed this treat.

Meadow View is one of the cleanest & best maintained properties we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious & tastefully decorated with a homely feel & Nora is a welcoming & helpful hostess who aims to provide comfort & satisfaction for her guests.
The food is plentiful & well prepared &, as well, the B and B is just a short walk into Navan where there is a pub for great inexpensive meals.
We can highly recommend this property where you will be comfortable & looked after & it won't cost the earth.

This was my wife's and my first trip to Ireland, and we decided to go counterclockwise around the country, so our first stop on March 19th was to drive up from Dublin airport to the Navan area and Newgrange, etc. After flight delays, etc. we decided to head directly to the B&B. A bit jet lagged and tired - and Nora worked to set us right, with a welcoming pot of tea and cakes. A beautiful room, a great recommendation for dinner within walking distance of Meadow View, a great nights sleep, a wonderful breakfast with several choices, and we were good as new. Nora has been doing this for 24 years, and it shows - she's a pro, has a great home, in a great location for taking in Newgrange and the other County Meath sights. A great beginning to what turned out to be a grand trip.

I don't normally stay in B&B's as normally opt for Hotels but if all B&B's were as we'll run as this one I would happily stay in more! House was extremely clean, rooms nicely finished and it's located just a short distance from the centre of town! From the moment we arrives the Lady Owner could not be more helpful, from offering us a lift into town to putting hot water bottles in our bed to make sure we were warm when we arrived back in the wee hours! Breakfast was a tad early but that's only because we had such few hours sleep, there was plenty of variety of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, juices etc. and a lovely fry to finish off was just what was needed the next morning!
I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for comfort and that extra special touch!

We had downloaded the Ireland B and B app for our iPhone. We wanted to be on the outskirts of Dublin so we didn't have far to travel to Dublin in the afternoon for our flight. We stayed in 2 hotels and 7 B and B's during our driving trip through Ireland. This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable B and B we encountered. Breakfast was externsive as far as Continental was concerned. My boyfriend had the traditional Irish Breakfast and was very happy. We casually asked Nora what there was to do in the area before we caught our flight back to the US. She recommended Newgrange, which we neber had heard of even though I had every travel magazibe know to man in the car. This is a must see. The tour guides are extremely knowledgeable and it was just unbelievable to see a structure that was 6,000 years old. If you're in the are, stay with Nora...you won't be disappointed!

Room Tip: Didn't spend much time in the room, but there were other guests and we never heard anyone else.

This is one of the best B&B i have stayed in, Me and two friends booked two nights over the bank holiday weekend as we were playing a big pitch and putt competition in Navan,, We arrived around 6 pm and Nora who runs it show us to our room and then ask us if we would like some tea, and we said yes, when we came down for it she had loads of cake and biscuits ready, and then she filled us in on where to go for dinner and anything else we wanted to know,, The rooms are lovely and spotless, and her breakfast is Top class,,, would stay again ...So a Big Thank you to Nora from the Tipp Town Lads,,,,

Meadow View is located very close to Newgrange and Knowth and not far from Trim Castle. Nora, the proritor is a perfectionest and the Meadow View B&B is without exception a beautiful, spotless example of her desire to make a guest's stay as good as possible. From the manicured lawn and gardens to the warm and friendly rooms, we found a home away from home at the Meadow View B&B.
