Quick stay over Christmas. Room was clean and well laid out. Meal for 2 in the restaurant was great value and the food was really good. Up early the next morning after a great nights sleep. Would recommend for anyone needing to stay near Dublin airport.

Stayed here as I had an early flight the next morning. Room was nice and spacious, typical of a budget hotel decor-wise but had everything you would need. It was surprisingly quiet - just what you want when you have to be up at the crack of dawn. Price was good value and included car parking for a week and return shuttle to the airport. Only complaint was the food in the lounge downstairs. Really could up their game here - certainly didn't offer value for money - quality was poor and overpriced. I would stay here again but would eat before I get there.

Stayed in thishotel as a couple for New Years. Last minute decision. Very good rates for that night. We arrived late in the evening to check in and there was a bit of waiting in line before we were seen to. We were then told that there was a 21st on that night and loads of people were checking, even though there was only two girls on the desk to help with this.Receptionist wasn't too overly friendly either. The hotel reception lounge area is very spacious. At the time it kind of had the feel of being in a shopping centre than the lounge of a hotel. Our room was lovely. Nice decor & furnishings etc. It was very modern type room. The only thing that let it down was the the tv wasn't very modern. It was just a box. The channels weren't tuned in properly so we had a fuzzy picture with two different colours on it. I think for most hotels in this day and age they should all have decent enough flatscreens with channels tuned in properly. The room did have hair dryer and safe and extra towels etc which its always nice. We also had dinner in the restaurant downstairs that night. Lovely restaurant but the waitress who took out order that night was very nice or pleasant. Food was lovely though! I would highly recommend it. Value for food however leaves something to be desired, charged a lot. But still good quality. I would stay here again

Myself and my boyfriend received a gift voucher for bewleys hotel as a Christmas present and also bought a voucher ourselves as a present for family. We decided to use the voucher over the Christmas period we rang the hotel to book two double rooms on the phone my boyfriend was asked for credit card details to secure the rooms we asked to pay cash on arrival witch we were told was no problem. No further questions asked. On check in we were asked by a very rude member of staff if we had ever stayed in the hotel before we both stated no, we were told in order to stay in the room we had to pay €100 deposit witch were were not notified of on the phone the staff then stated it was in a conformation email that was sent witch was odd cos we never gave an email address. When we told the staff that we didn't give an email address and were not notified about the deposit they said it wasn't their problem. We finally got up to the bedroom after paying the €100 deposit to find the double bed was two beds pushed together with two signal duvets we were shocked. On check out we were met by yet an other rude member of staff we asked for our deposit back and we were told there was no record of the €100 deposit and asked to wait to the side were we were left waiting for 25 minutes whilst one staff manner was looking fort record of this. We were handed back the €100 with not one apology or goodbye or thank you it was a disgrace. Never seen more unwelcoming staff in a hotel.

Went to this hotel tonight with the girlfriend for some time on our own. Lovely room, nice and spacious, (was a double and single so probably family room, other double rooms may not be as spacious) bath nice, well lit, and spare towels etc. It was totally silent in the room and the curtains were blackout. It was just a nice temperature, not too hot as is usual with most hotel rooms. There could've been a few more pictures on the wall, there was only one and the other walls looked a little sparse. Soap and shower gel was supplied in a dispenser which is better than those silly little bottles or sachets.
A few complaints:
1) For a big hotel that's having you as a guest I think it's a bit of a cheek to charge for parking. It has a huge car park so it's not as though they have to worry about it filling up. We stayed for about 4/5hrs and were charged €4
2) Staff didn't really have much personality, didn't say hello/welcome, or goodbye.
3) For a company that is known for thier chocolate I was surprised you didn't have hot chocolate in the tea/coffee supplies. You had coffee and 2 types of tea, but what about people who don't drink it ?
4) TV had a strange selection of channels: RTE1, 2, TV3, TG4, BBC 1, 2, channel 4, channel 5, true movies, the vault and then it said it had radio but all it showed was a miss tuned signal. Also there were no instructions on how to use the remote, it was a one4all replacement and although it showed the channel list onscreen and you could scroll through them, you couldn't select them. You had to use the channel up & down buttons.
5) The light switch for the bathroom was a normal press switch on the wall next to the main switch for all the other lights. Could have done with being marked as turned off all the lights couple of times ! Also is it not a safety hazard to have a normal switch instead of a pull cord ?

But if you aren't worried about these sort of things and just need a stop over for a flight, then guess it's ok. There are other hotels in the same price bracket though.

Room Tip: second floor very quiet, but our room was a good hike from lifts, could do with more.

Stayed here 2nd Jan for one night. An early morning flight out of Dublin Airport meant it was more practical to stay close to the airport so we got a family room. 69€ for the room was value that just cannot be beaten and with a spacious room for 2 Adults and separate beds for 2 kids this was a great call. The beds were comfortable and clean. The decor was ok but seemed a little old, not a big deal for the price we paid though. The bathroom was clean but short towels but we were supplied with extra towels on request. The staff were efficient and friendly but the seemed busy all the time. A free shuttle to and from the airport was prompt.
All in all a good option.

My wife and I stayed here with our two young children (both under 3) for a night before flying out the next morning. We used the 'Stay, Park and Fly' package, which was good value when compared with airport parking fees. The hotel is easy to find, just off the M50, though it doesn't appear to be close to anything except the airport if apple maps is to be believed. We arrived near the kids bed time, so the plan was to put them to sleep and order dinner via room service, sadly this hotel was the only hotel I've ever stayed at that had no room service of any description. You can order your food, pick it up yourself and take it back to your room but they won't deliver it. My wife tried ordering over the phone but the phone stopped working and eventually she had to call down in person, though the supervisor got one of the waiters to bring up the tray. Food was decent but not spectacular as you'd expect.
The room itself was faultless, very clean, modern looking and spacious. We had a family room which consisted of a double, single, sofa bed and travel cot.
Overall, I'd recommend this hotel as long as you don't need room service as everything else about it was faultless.
