“Excellent value”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 26, 2013

We stayed here one night before catching our morning flight. For 60 Euros it was a great value. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and the staff was courteous. The restaurant in the hotel was adequate and the Continental breakfast in the morning was reasonably priced. As a trade-off for the low nightly rate, however, the hotel will nickel and dime you. WIFI for the night cost 3 Euros; the airport shuttle costs 1 Euro per person; the luggage scale in the lobby costs 1 Euro. Overall though, a good value for an airport hotel.

Room Tip: The quieter rooms are in the back away from the road.

We stayed at the Premier Inn in Swords, close to the Dublin Airport, for $81.00 for 1 night, a great price. We stayed in room #429, the room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet, with a king bed and a very nice shower. There is a nice restaurant on the main floor, you may have to reserve a table in advance as it is a busy place. The airport shuttle runs every half hour, $2.00/ea

We would definitely stay here again, a great price and a good location, staff were also very friendly.

I recently stayed here twice in a fortnight for work, and have to say that I couldn't have been treated betterAll the staff from front desk, to the after hours security and restaurant staff ( esp the bar & restaurant staff who went above & beyond to help). I travelled with my wife & young son and they everything they could to make us feel at home - even going as far as remembering my sons name. Would stay here anytime. Only minus and it's a corporate decision, is the lack of wi fi.

Clean, comfortable room which was adequately sized and included all the essentials. Good temperature controlled for a Premier Inn. Showers only in this hotel, i.e. no bath which I prefer.

Had to wait a while to check-in due to everyone getting off the hotel bus at the same time. Bus from/to airport runs all day & night at just one euro each way - bargain!

Watch out when booking; this Premier Inn does not accept your Premier Inn account cards for payment!

We were on the last night of our 10day Ireland road trip. We had a flight at 11am the next morning, so we decided to stay here. We had no reservation, but we're able to walk in and secure a room with ease around 2pm. Reception was very friendly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We did not do the breakfast. Getting into the city was a bit of a chore as we took the shuttle to the airport for €1 and them the 747 bus into city center. Room did not have wifi, a free 30min, but after that, was only available in the lobby.

I previously stayed here last year as its very near to where my family live and a bus stop to dublin city just round the corner. My sister and I got the bus from the airport that only costs €1 each and arrived at just after 11am. Although check in is not till 2pm, we were given our room key as it was ready for us. Once again the staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. Our room was spotless and had the usual tea/coffee making facilities, also an ironing board and trouser press and hairdrier. We opted to have breakfast and it was good value, all you can eat for €9.50. It included the usual cooked foods but also cereal, fruit, yoghurts, croissant, toast, crumpets and various juices and hot drinks. The public areas are kept clean and tidy and fresh looking. At all times the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager here is to be applauded for running such a good business and for her great staff. When I go to Dublin now, this is the only place I would stay. Well done!

Just had a weekend away in Dublin and chose to stay close to the airport but still within easy distance of the city centre. The hotel is as you would expect of a Premier Inn, clean, friendly and modern.
The buses into and out of the city are frequent (about every 15 minutes) from the bus stop about 200 metres away from the hotel and cost 2.6 euro for a single.
We are planning to do this weekend trip annually and will definitely be using this hotel in the future.
