We stayed at the premier inn for two nights and even though the rooms were lovely and clean the staff with the exception of the breakfast team were so unhelpful.
We booked our table for dinner as we were told on check in that you can not eat in the restaurant unless you have a reservation. When we went over for our meal there was 5 of us and we were told that the table only seats 4 when we asked could the tables not be put together we were told no, finally they allowed us to squeeze us on the one table.
The waiting staff were very monotone and made no effort to engage us in any conversation and barely made eye contact!
The next evening we had made our reservation for 9 but asked could we change it to 8 we were told no the restaurant was too busy even though there were many empty tables.
We were seated at 9 and our orders taken and repeated back to us when our food arrived an hour after we ordered it one of the items was wrong and the waitress seemed to be trying to convince us it was our fault. She took it back into the kitchen and brought the correct meal. We were a table of 8 and half of our food was piping hot and the other half was lukewarm.
Breakfast was a much better experience we were greeted with a smile and and all of the buffet was nice and hot and on finally the lady on reception at checkout time was also very friendly.
Overall a good hotel but some of the staff need a customer service course.

We stayed at the hotel for one flight prior to leaving for our flight leaving the car for almost three weeks. Hotel is great, staff very helpful and friendly and their restaurant serves good food at an afforable price. We were able to park our car in their secure carpark at the back of the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and modern and most of all, extremely affordable! We booked the hotel prior to staying on their website and got it for a very reasonable price. They have a bus service for the airport which is not far away. It is also very easy to find if your not great with directions like myself! Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for one night on 3 June on our way from Cork to Belfast by car. It is close to the airport but that wasn't the reason for choosing this hotel. We have stayed many times at Premier Inns in England and found them to be very good and reasonably priced. The Dublin Airport one was exceptional in that there are good spacious public areas on the ground floor, where there is a restaurant and lounge.

Staff were pleasant on the whole, and we had an evening meal there too. We didn't feel inclined to look around for somewhere else. The hotel is on a retail park with restaurants like TGI Friday. The meal was basic, but acceptable. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced; it has an 'eat as much as you like' style of self-help dining.

The bedroom was clean and well presented and comfortable; we heard very little aircraft noise. The good thing is that there is air-conditioning and that keeps the room at a comfortable temperature should it get warm outside.

The hotel has a shuttle bus to airport at €1 per person.

Room Tip: If you only want to stay one night, then this is an excellent choice, especially if you need to catc...

Like many others, we stayed one night prior to flying out from Dublin airport nearby early in the morning. As a regular guest at Premier Inns we knew what to expect and were not disappointed - efficient staff, comfortable room, reasonable meal. Park and Fly works well with the shuttlebus leaving every 30 minutes. Unfortunately it is an old double-decker with very limited space for luggage so not very practical as the downstairs aisle gets blocked with suitcases.

this is a very modern hotel-very good for those on a business trip or short stay-I wouldn't stay for longer than 2-3 days-very clean, but the room we had was quite small-when window is open-can be noisy. The food was good-Margita & Krista were very friendly & helpful servers-John could have maybe been a little more friendlier-at least smiled once or twice! Ineta at the front desk was very helpful. Very close to the airport so that was a huge plus factor.

Room Tip: our room was small, but very clean

Stayed for one night for my birthday as we were going to a club near by.
We were asked upon arrival our purpose of staying ( travelling for early flight or partying ), we said partying but we do not drink and planned to be back early enough, So they put us on the quiet side which was bliss.
Our room was very big and the shower was amazing.
We couldnt fault this really apart from the air conditioning being weak and sometimes it was too hot.

Room Tip: stay at the back of the hotel!

Clean, quiet hotel near airport which we needed. One drawback for us was the fact the airport shuttle did not run for an hour mid-morning which was when we needed to get to airport, therefore we had to take a cab at our own expense. Otherwise good room, good food.

I was happy to read you overall enjoyed your stay with us. There is just the one time in the morning that the Shuttle Bus does not run on the half hour which is 9.15am. I do appologise that this was the time you needed to leave for the airport.
