Just got back from Rossnowlagh. Stayed with Conor at Ardeelan Lodge. We've been here several times and just love it. Beautiful house in stunning location. Conor is the best host and his breakfast is the best. The kids love it too!

A wonderful B&B located in a very typical atlantic and quite town. The B&B is very close to the sea, to the beach and to the friary.

Our -huge- room was clean and any detail was perfect. My girlfriend was fascinated by the field flowers used to adorn the room or placed in the flower-pots over the breakfast table.
The breakfast was excellent! Continental breakfast with fruits, jams, cereals, yogurt, brioche, bread, butter.. and a FULL Irish breakfast with all you can desire.

Finally, Connor, the owner is really a very kind and nice person. He gave to us precious suggestions for our trip and for a good restaurant where to eat something good. He's a very good person and also he love animals.

The kitchen and the sitting room of the B&B are opened to the guests and you can sit taking a cup tea. I was feeling like at home.

There isn't a wifi connection and maybe for a tourist it could be a little problem. Personally I think that the atmosphere was so particular than for a day I didn't look for any internet connection.

We stayed at Ardeelan Lodge for 2 nights over Easter. The house is in a great location, close to the beach.

Conor was a fabulous host, with a warm welcome, a great breakfast and use of the lounge and kitchen to make tea and coffee whenever you like. He is also more than willing to help you plan journeys, advise on worthwhile places to visit and to book tables in local restaurants for dinner.

The rooms are spacious, warm and spotlessly clean.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked rooms again for during the summer.

A very special B&B.

We stayed here over Easter... Gorgeous house, 2 minutes from the stunning Rossnowlagh beach... Conor looked after us really well... Eggs from their own hens in the garden every morning. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Ardeelan Lodge B&B recently. The room was lovely and warm even during this weather. I haven't had such a goodnight's sleep in a long time as the bed was lovely, comfy and lots of pillows and blankets. The breakfast spread was just incredible. You definitely won't need lunch after it! Everything from fresh fruit, free range eggs, Irish breakfast, lots of toast, pancakes, hot chocolate and much more. The B&B is very quiet but also not far from Rossnowlagh beach which is perfect for walking, surfing and sunsets. Can't recommend this B&B more.

We visited here just this past weekend for the August bank holiday. The B&B is just located between the small town's of Ballyshannon and Rossnowlagh. It's only a stones throw from the beach where you can enjoy some local surf. It is also a good resting point to visit some local attractions or to take in the views at Slieve League Cliffs. Plenty of hiking trails in the vicinity.

The B&B was very comfortable. We had a beautiful room (no. 3) with all the expected modern conveniences. Conor (the owner) puts on a great set up for breakfast with heaps to choose from including a hearty traditional Irish breakfast to fill you up for the day. You definitely won't go hungry Staying here. Recommended.

We went to this B&B inthe west and it was amazing, the hotel is nice and warm, the staff is really good, and they cook some nice meals for us. The view is beautiful, I think is the perfect place to stay and have a good rest, to read, or write on your blog. We had a wonderfull time, I really appreciate the service. Completely recommended.
