“Lovely B&B”
Reviewed May 2, 2011

Stayed a couple of nights here as we were in the area because we were attending a wedding at the nearby Garryvoe Hotel.

When we arrived we were given a lovely pot of Tea and some fresh homemade scones.

The breakfast room has some great views, and loved the morning fry. The owners are very friendly and happy to help, even helped get us a local taxi back to the B&B from Garryvoe Hotel

What this country was famous for before we lost the run of ourselves. Sunville & its owners was perfect. Great food, clean rooms, well priced & a lovely location. We totally enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend this B&B to anyone.

Myself and my mother recently had the privilege of staying in Sunville House. We arrived on a very cold Friday evening to a lovely warm welcome. After being shown our very nice double room we were offered tea, coffee and homemade scones in the living room. The house was extremely clean and Cosy with candles lit throughout which added to the atmosphere. After a good nights sleep we woke up to a beautiful view all around with lovely maintained gardens. Breakfast was really good with cereals and fruit to start followed by a selection of cooked breakfasts and more delicious scones. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay a couple of nights in Ballycotton. Thank you Pat and Anna for your wonderful hospitality.

This is one of the most charismatic places we've stayed in. Sunville B&B is clean, very well looked after and the Irish Breakfast is yummy. The owners make the stay so much more worth while, they are so nice and hospitable and incredibly helpful. I would have no hesitiation in recommending this B&B. The surronding area is absolutely stunning as well.

We were attending a friends wedding at the nearby Ballymaloe Hotel, so a group of us stayed at Sunville.

From the time we made our first enquiry via email, their professionalism and friendliness was outstanding.

Upon arrival we were welcomed with a warm greeting from Patrick, Anne's husband. We were shown to our rooms, ours was a large en-suite with a small lounge area with TV and very clean. They even provided clean towels on a daily basis.

There is a lounge room/sun room at the front of the house, where you can watch TV or just sit and relax. We were offered Tea/Coffee and the scones, which have to be the best and should not be refused. Anne has even shared her secret recipe with me...Thank You

The things we will most is the wonderful home cooked breakfasts, peacefulness and most of all the home-made bread and those SCONES, they were simply the best.

We definitely be recommend these facilities and if we are ever back in Ireland, we will certainly go back and stay.

One thing I would recommend is hiring a car, there are so many places to visit and explore in the area. Patrick very kindly dropped us off at the Ballymaloe and the local taxi driver was lovely.

Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality.
