This is a really lonely house but strategically located in one of Iceland's most traveled parts. A wonderful room upstairs was available with a baby-cot quickly assembled by the owner. Bedding was excellent and the shared bathroom was adequate, despite the room occupancies of three parties.
We cooked dinner in the family kitchen and had the included breakfast at the living table: all was good!
The vicinity includes a large river, meadows and some paths making a morning run a quite nice experience.

This B&B is very fascinating. The host is a very interesting person who has started both the organic farming business and the B&B business recently. When we went (June 2013) the place was "being built up" with new changes every day. Give it a few months and it will be one of the best accommodations in the area.
The location is charming, quite far from the road and really immersed in nature. It's normal to see wild rabbit around the farm! Easy to go to the Golden Circle with your own car, but also not too far from the glaciers of the south coast. A conveniently located B&B.
I am not granting 5/5 just because when I was there it was unfinished. As said, in a few months it will be worth the 5/5!
