We've had a lovely time here in the French countryside. The views from the terrace and garden are stunning. The apartment had everything we needed with a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. The house must be very old with stone walls and exposed beams. One thing we only realised half way through is there are bug screens you can roll down on all the windows enabling you to have the windows open and air the room. The location is very peaceful with olive trees and terraced fields. There are some great deck chairs for lazing in the sun and 2 sets of bistro table and chairs to eat meals out on the stone patio. The owner Valerie was very welcoming and really helped us out when we messed up our rental car booking. She picked us up from Apt bus station and arranged a new hire car for us. Unless you're a keen cyclists I think you'd really need a car to drive round the pretty villages. They're all near by - no more then 30min drive for the furthest away ones, with Apt being a quick 10min drive away. I'd recommend staying here it's beautiful and Valarie will look after you (or leave you alone!) as she and her husband live in the main part of the house on sight.
Thanks Valarie for a brilliant stay :)
