If you want a good place to stay, great food, and a staff that treats you like family, look no farther. This is a great place! From Myrtie Mae's restaurant with home-cooked style meals and a great salad bar + even better Tues, Thurs, and Sunday full buffets - to a staff that knows you when you walk in the door and asks often if there is anything they can do to make your stay more enjoyable or help in any way, you just can't do better than the Inn of the Ozarks!

Excellent facility. Friendly and professional staff. Rooms are very clean. We have been visiting Eureka Springs for many years and this is always our first choice. The restaurant has great service and food. My compliments to the management of this facility for both the Inn and Myrtie Maes Restaurant. Thanks.

The hotel was good, although older. The best thing was the size of the hotel room - very large with two double beds. The staff was kind and helpful and offered good dining recommendations. I would stay there again.

The room had an odor of mildew. It was clean otherwise but the odor prevented a good night's sleep. Please do not hold this against the motel. Inspect your room before you accept it. More characters, enough to reach two hundred. Friendly staff.

We ended up here as a last minute Spring Break switch when our camping weather went awry. Very pleased with value, room size (double queen is huge!), view (forest is lovely!), game area for kids... Service was wonderful checking in. Our only concerns: we have a non-smoking room, but in the evening, the bathroom starts smelling like an ashtray. Must be the exhaust system. Smells very bad and needs to be tended to. Also could have used some toiletries and more towels in the bathroom, but those are fixable things. The smoke is a real bummer. So many people in this town smoke that you can't find a spot to eat or walk without smoke blowing in your face. So when our non-smoking room has a bathroom that reeks of smoke, it is a disappointment. Otherwise, a great hotel and one I would recommend if they can deal with that issue! Thanks!
