The rooms are all exterior entries. The first thing I noticed is that the carpet is filthy. The rest of the room is clean, although I noticed dust and cobwebs on the lampshades. It appears that the bathrooms have been remodeled. The bed comfort is acceptable. The a/c runs constantly, but doesn't cool the room effectively. There is no refrigerator or microwave, which is very odd these days. No breakfast is included here, but Myrtie Mae's (onsite dining) has a good breakfast from 7 to noon. The trolley line stops right at the hotel and takes you anywhere in Eureka Springs you want to go for $6, which allows you to ride all day. The covered, locked, motorcycle parking was part of the reason we picked this hotel. Upon arrival, however, we found the motorcycle parking to be tucked away at the bottom of a couple of hills at the back of the property. Our room was about as far away from our bikes as it could be, which was a large disappointment.
Our next visit to Eureka Springs will find us staying at another hotel.
