“New Look, New Staff = New Friends”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

Where to start? My problem was not making reservations for Sunday night weeks ago. Being a holiday weekend we'd have to be pretty darn lucky to secure a place to stay on this three day weekend. I emailed owner, Catharine late Saturday afternoon. We were in Bentonville AR watching our grandson swim in a local meet. When we awoke Sunday morning, we had a message inviting us to come on over. I called and made our reservations immediately. Disappointed the individuals must have been having to leave a day early due to illness. Lucky for us the new owners follow up on all calls and called me back that evening.

New owners have remodeled inside and out. Our Garden Suite was as comfortable as it was beautiful. This suite has its own patio that's not seen from other guest. It over looks a beautiful landscaped yard. Having our morning coffee sitting out there permitted us to watch the hummingbirds, cardinals and robins, eating and flying about.
After that relaxing moment, we went upstairs to the dining room for a delicious breakfast. Randee is the resident chef and caretaker. She does each extremely well. Breakfast was as forecasted, tasty and more than one can eat! French Toast thick and flavored like a true chef could only do. Smoked bacon, variety of fruit, yogurt and chocolate strawberries, just to mention a few other items. French Pressed coffee topped breakfast off, getting a 10 out of 10. Delicious is the only word to describe it.
Paul has done an unbelievable job with the landscaping. It is as beautiful as is the remodeling of the inside. Water feature, plants, flowers and overall layout of the facility is remarkable.
B & B's typically give you 2 out of 3 great items, like an excellent room or delicious breakfast or service beyond words. The Red Bud Manor Inn give you all three, plus a perfectly landscaped yard to relax in. So they get a 4 out of 3...

Room Tip: Garden Suite is the only room we'd like to have. Based on the fact you have a private patio and...

In nearly 20 years of traveling, my wife and I have stayed at dozens of B&Bs, but Red Bud Manor is as fine a place as we have ever visited. The owner and innkeeper could not have been more helpful and friendly, and the house is a great historic site in its own right. Whether it's dinner recommendations or suggestions about how to spend your time in Eureka Springs, the friendly and helpful staff will provide everything you need at Red Bud Manor.

Innkeeper Randee treated us like royalty during our recent stay at the Red Bud Manor. The house and grounds are beautiful, and the atmosphere relaxed and very friendly. We appreciated the attention to every detail from the beautiful furnishings to Randee's wonderful meals. The personal warmth and focus on guests who quickly become friends was so appreciated. I would not think of staying anywhere else in Eureka Springs.

Room Tip: Ask for the room with the private porch and the porch swing!

Everything about our stay at the Red Bud Manor was wonderful. The house and rooms are exquisitely furnished... very tasteful and high quality throughout. The breakfasts were outstanding. The hosts were gracious and amazingly thoughtful in making our stay better than possibly imagined. Small things add up... such as providing us with bottled water before our hike, keeping plenty of swiss chocolate snacks and cookies in our room, bringing us an afternoon desert while we lounged in the hammock under the enormous shade trees. While there, you truly feel like an honored guest. I've stayed at many B&Bs in Eureka Springs and around the world... and this one is certainly at the top of my list. We'll return on our next visit and give it our highest recommendation!

This was our first visit to Eureka Springs and boy are we glad that we chose the Red Bud Manor for our accommodations.

First, Randee called us well in advance to confirm everything. We had a bit of trouble finding the place, but once we did we were greeted with the warmest smile on the patio by Randee. She quickly showed us to our room, explaining where everything was. The room was simply exquisite and BONUS...homemade Red Velvet cookies under a glass dish made by Randee herself. Our room was tastefully decorated and came complete with a mini fridge, Keurig machine, and 2 bottles of water.

We made our way into the Manor, and as we were walking onto the patio we learned that they have our favorite breed of dog -- a French Bully named Max. Our hearts leapt with joy -- we couldn't wait to meet Max! We made our way into the Manor and were greeted by the owner Catherine who warmly greeted us with a smile, hugs and handshakes. Then out came Max -- we immediately fell in LOVE with him and joked that we were going to take him home as we played with him on the living room floor.

Catherine and Randee gave us the history of the Manor, gave us some things to do while we were there and made a recommendation for dinner - Ermilios which was good food in a quaint little house just down the street from the Manor.

After a good nights sleep we woke to the most wonderful breakfast -- quiche, cheddar garlic biscuits, roasted rosemary potatoes, and fresh fruit...not to mention delicious coffee and juice. We had the most delightful conversation with another couple from Oklahoma -- Catherine and Randee joined us as well. After breakfast was over, we said our goodbye's to the other couple and requested that Max come out again so that we could play with him one last time.

Although we were there for less than 24 hours this experience at this BnB was by FAR the BEST one we have ever been too. There are just not enough positive adjectives to describe Red Bud Manor -- they truly are the crown jewel of Eureka Springs.

Thank you Catherine and Randee for the warm, caring, generous and inviting hospitality -- you both are simply sensational and kind hearted women and we look forward to coming back!

Give Max a little head scratch for us!!!! :)

When we arrived to Eureka Springs we had trouble finding the Inn,we called Randee and she directed us while standings on the front porch waiting for us. What a treat Randee was. I can not say enough WONDERFUL things about this Inn. The rooms are amazingly decorated and so comfortable. What a treat to wake to the best breakfast ever. We had amazing conversation at breakfast with two of the guest......which I'm looking for fish fryer baskets lol. I say don't walk to your phone to make reservations run. We will never stay any where else. I can not wait to return.

May 3rd, 2013.... Toney and I began our road trip to spend a three-day vacation in Eureka Springs. As we neared Eureka, I called the Innkeeper, Randee at Red Bud Manor to let her know of our estimated time of arrival, and she was very accommodating to let us have a late check in. Having been my first time at a bed and breakfast, I was a little apprehensive as to what to expect at such a place, but I knew by the tone of her voice we had made a good decision to stay at Red Bud Manor. Sure enough, when we arrived at the bed and breakfast, we couldn't have been more impressed by the beautiful and quaint porch seating arrangements, rich red arbor entrance, black wrought iron fence, and unique signage out front. After parking, we walked through the elegant red arbor entrance and up to the screen door where I heard a familiar cheerful voice which I only heard over the phone a few times before, welcoming us to Red Bud Manor. It was Randee the Innkeeper and was exactly what I was expecting... Very gracious, pleasant and eager to tell us all about this beautiful Bed and Breakfast! Once inside the main parlor, we were wowed by the relaxed, comfy, tastefully decorated home full of unique fine art, sculptures, lighting, huge formal dining table, chandeliers, and soft music..... I was already sold! As Randee was telling us about what to expect during our stay, the screen door opens from behind us and in walks the owner Catherine. She was glowing with such a positive energy and so grateful that we were there to stay at her awesome bed and breakfast!
With room key in hand, Randee leads us out the front door, across the front porch, and down a very tranquil rock garden trail lined with fresh herbs, flowers, and a very quaint water fountain( enough tranquility to drain out any excess stress from a days travel). At the bottom of the trail we were at our room called the Carriage Room. Flanked by beautiful red trim, Randee unlocks our door, and upon entering, we were pleasantly impressed by a beautiful queen size bed, gourmet coffee maker, fine art, Tiffany lamp, mini fridge( stocked with complimentary water), luxury linens, and even a bottle of red wine! Wow! You cant get this treatment at a hotel people! But the red carpet treatment wasn't over yet.... We found a treasure in a small glass-covered dish! Red velvet cookies! Made by the fabulous Randee herself.... But sadly they were gone in five seconds flat hehe.... Don't judge people.... We were two guys on a road trip looking for fine foods, desserts, hospitality, history, art, and culture..... We had arrived! Also, because it was wet and cold that weekend, Catherine offered us hot tea, honey, and chocolates and brought it to our room while settling in. Awesome!
The next day we were all ( all guests of the bed and breakfast) at breakfast at 9:00am where we met a fantastic family from Houston, TX, and treated to an exquisite breakfast of fresh fruit, delicious homemade quiche, fresh coffee, and orange juice all served by the awesome Randee! So delicious! Catherine even took time to sit with us and give a rich detailed history of Eureka Springs!
After a night of restful sleep on such a comfy bed, we all met for breakfast again at 9:00 am and gorged on fresh fruit, French toast to die for, tasty sausages, coffe and orange juice again! Catherine amazed us all by volunteering to look up the meaning of dreams after breakfast and conversations flowed endlessly! She even went out of her way to have a tailor come by and take a look at a shirt I needed a button sewed onto and did it while I was sleeping! Above and beyond for sure!
Randee was such a kind sole to even give us more cookies while we were out all that day in historic Eureka Springs... And such a clean and inviting room to come back to!
Remember this place everyone! Red Bud Manor.... You will NOT be disappointed! Catherine and Randee have the best compassion and happiness to share with many people to come. As a first timer.... I personally give it 5 stars!!!!! We will return and stay at no other place but Red Bud Manor! Thank you Catherine and Randee for being such gracious and accommodating hosts for our well-spent trip to Eureka Springs! Much love and we will see you again soon! Book a room soon everyone!!!!!!
