Mud Street Cafe has that typical Eureka Springs vibe (if you've been there you know what I mean) which usually translates into great food, relaxed but good service, in funky settings, with interesting people. Mud Street is located downstairs in a building over 125 years old on Main St.
Soups, sandwiches, salads, etc. Homemade tomato soup was terrific and I had one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches ever: 3 types of cheese, sauteed spinach and mushrooms, and, sunflower seeds. Really, really good. They also have a nice coffee bar with pastries. Our waitress was great and overall a great experience.
