“Undercooked”
Reviewed March 24, 2013 via mobile

I ordered the "famous" fried chicken and it was half raw. Server returned it to kitchen. 17 minutes later the chicken- overcooked and dry- along with now cold mashed potatoes n gravy and green beans brought back. The rest of the party were finishing meal as I started mine. No offer to comp my meal or anything. My friends were very pleased with their food. And high marks for the salad/food bar. Service was great. Just don't like half cooked/over cooked chicken.

“Great breakfast”
Reviewed March 21, 2013

We stopped in for breakfast and really enjoyed it. Between the two of us, we ordered pancakes, eggs, bacon, hasbrowns, and biscuits and gravy. Everything was great, but the biscuits were amazing. Prices were good enough - that all ran us about $13. Staff was friendly. There were many locals there, which is a good sign for a restaurant in a town like Eureka Springs. Everyone around us was raving about the food as well. This place definitely hit the spot!

Jasbris777 must not have had the fried chicken!

Myrtie Mae's is a wonderful place to take your family or dine alone! I've been a regular for many years and have never once had a bad experience or bad service! Highly recommended!

“An average place.”
Reviewed March 12, 2013 via mobile

My wife and I ate here upon advice of local people and I guess we must have missed something. Service was slow. Salad, soup and food was just average. But hey the muffins were great!

Tasty food, interesting items on salad bar, friendly waitress. Try the little bunches of grapes on the salad bar!
