My husband and I wanted a mini trip over the holidays to be really romantic and cozy. We knew Eureka Springs was just the ticket, as we travel there 2-3 times per year. The Treehouse Cottages were by far our favorite so far!!! There are too many great amenities to name....the jacuzzi tub with a grand view, the comfy bed overlooking the grand view, the cozy fireplace....We WILL be back!!!!

The beautiful pictures online don't do these cabins justice! They are very welcoming and friendly and include a gift of champagne (sparkling cider in our case) for every anniversary or honeymoon couple.

Loved everything! The secluded location, the heated wood floors, the the large Jacuzzi tub, the big windows and gorgeous view. The decor was very nicely done and they have CDs of romantic available for use.

At this time in our lives, it was quite a splurge price-wise. But if we had it to do again, we would. Our cottage was amazing!

So cozy and out of the way...you feel secluded, but can easily get to town to TONS of places to eat and shop.
Very romantic.
Highly recommend

My wife and I love to take quick jaunts down to Eureka Springs, AR. We've been down perhaps 30 times in our 11 years of marriage and stayed in many different types of lodging for varying lengths of time. Treehouse cottages is easily our favorite by a LARGE MARGIN! The cottages themselves are nestled in the trees and secluded with a commanding view of the valley below. The bay window of the hot tub as well as the large rear window offer stellar eye-candy if you like nature... and squirrels. Everything needed for romance is within arms reach, the fireplace, tiny table-for-two set with wine glasses, large comfy king-size bed, even calming music as you enter.

The floors, bathroom, kitchen counters, and windows were clean. The room was well-prepped in general, and smelled nice. There was a log ready-to-light in the fireplace which was ablaze in moments. Complimentary bread and orange juice were to be found in the fridge.

The lady that checked us in was nice, pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area restaurants and entertainment.

It can be a little tough to book a reservation due to the popularity of Treehouse Cottages so be ready to reserve well in advance of the dates you want. I can't stress this enough! Literally try to book 6-9 months in advance as they do fill up quickly. We were lucky on our last trip and got a last-miute cancellation on the night we needed or we would not have been able to stay in this lovely room.

Treehouse Cottages will be our lodging of choice in Eureka Springs for years to come.

Room Tip: Book Well in advance! Also, we prefer the Cottages to the right of the road coming in.

...a wonderful getaway with many thoughtful touches from the initial welcome, to providing plenty of coffee for the mornings to the wonderful homebaked bread left in the refrigerator - we brought a small cooler with the food we wanted to grill and cook in the mini kitchen so no pressure to leave this little hideaway. Location is exellent if you do wish to spend a few hours roaming downtown Eureka Springs but you will probably just want to come back to the treehouse early as we did. A place that allows you to reconnect with the one you love - will visit again and it is absolutely worth the money.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Treehouse Cottages. It was a perfect place to start our marriage! We returned for a belated anniversary getaway and have recommended it to our friends. This is the place to stay! Defiantly worth the money!

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
Treehouse Cottages, est. 1990, were designed and hand built by owners Terry and Patsy Miller. Eureka Springs’ original treehouses are built on 5 wooden poles 22-26 feet off the ground, nestled in a forest of trees. Two locations provide our guests with different lodging options. In town, 3 treehouses are located on a wooded hillside, completely enveloped in a canopy of hardwood trees, yet only minutes from the historic downtown. There is also a 2 story ground level cottage which overlooks the terraced flower garden, and features a hot tub on its own private deck. Just a mile away at our "hidden forest" location are 4 treehouses tucked away in a 33 acre tall pine forest. The ideal place for complete seclusion, enjoy the canopy of lofty trees amidst the quiet sounds of the woods. ... more   less
