Great for all levels of hiking. Also has bike trails. Lake is nice for canoeing. Lots of space for whatever outdoor activity you are interested in!

We decided to try the campground. Road was difficult to get down, pulling our fifth wheel camper... Road definitely needs some repair. Small campsites, lake is very small, but overall an okay experience. The ranger ( which I cannot remember her name) was extremely helpful and very friendly. We rented a canoe and paddled the lake, which took about an hour.

we went to the trail to do some running and found a trail that goes all around the lake. It is a four mile trek around the lake. It was beautiful. The lake has some huge Lilly pads on it.

There are flat trails and ridge trails so you can pick the intensity level that you want. The lake is no wake which is great but there is so much seaweed(?) growing that is about a foot below the surface that I would stick with kayak and fidn someplace else to swim.

Tip: Get a map of trails, before you take one that is for an expert bike rider and you fall in the lake! (*ha ha, funny memory) Very nice and beautiful! We loved the trails! :D
