“So beautiful, so peaceful, so perfect”
Reviewed December 3, 2008

From the time we arrived to the time we departed, Zoie and Rita went out of their way to make us feel welcome, to make us feel like their 'home' was our home. They showed us around the Inn, especially the special closet with all the delicious homemade treats were (yummy cookies and brownies)

Our wedding was beautiful, so much more than we expected. Rita went out of her way to calm our nerves and make sure that everything ran smoothly. Zoie performed our ceremony and made it feel so personal for us.

We even extended our stay because we did not want to return to the real world, we wanted more days of being pampered. From the gourmet breakfast to the in room fridge stocked with our preferred drinks, to the home made treats and the suggestions for the best places to eat and shop. Zoie and Rita were the perfect hosts.

We loved the Inn at Rose Hall and will return.

Rite & Zoe are the salt of the earth. Our 4-day stay was not a honeymooner's one-day exposure with unreasonable expectations. They will not promise what they can't deliver. The B&B setting is a beautiful hillside retreat just a few blocks from the bustling strip of artistic Eureka Springs. Just far enough away to feel secluded, but so close you are just moments away from downtown.
Their dining/shopping recommendations are spot-on, they know the best places to eat, for all types of cuisine. If you don't go to the sites they recommend, don't blame them for a bad dining experience! They truly care that you have a good time, they really want your stay to be restful, romantic & that you get your money's worth.
Breakfast is a welcome delicacy, & I'm not a small guy - they serve a great variety of foods & enough to satisfy even my appetite - a good way to start your day. Coffee & baked goods are available in the hallway later if you are looking for them...
We will go there again, & plan to bring friends/ family for a group getaway. Real people, giving all they can, to ensure you experience the best that Eureka Springs has to offer...

We usually stay at a B & B at least 3-5 times a year. Usually just some time away from the kids and jobs, for some quality alone time. This bed and breakfast is by far one of the nicest ones I've had the pleasure of staying at. They offer an excellent deal in the off season as far as price goes. The offer was $109 a night, but they pick the room for you. I was alittle bit worried at first, but once we got there all worries went away. Every room they have there is beautiful. What a great eye for details, and comfort is A+. The bed and room had everything any one could need in it. We could see deer in the early morning hours right outside our window. We will be visiting again someday. Breakfast was amazing. Couldn't of asked for more. The Inn keepers were very accommodating and friendly. There dinner recommendations were right on and the directions they gave us made it very easy to find.
If you are looking for a beautiful place to getaway, have a wedding, or give someone special a nice gift, then this is the place to do it at!

We've stayed at the Inn for several years -- each year for our anniversary -- and have thoroughly enjoyed each stay. We have found the accomodations to be excellent and the attention to detail on the part of the staff to be commendable. We have found the breakfasts at this B&B to be very good and the overall experience to be an exceptional value.

  • Liked — The rooms are beautiful and the staff attentive to details
  • Disliked — It is as close as you'd like to the main shopping area but a trolly will get you there

We recently spent a week at the Inn at Rose Hall, a wonderful Victorian inspired Bed and Breakfast in Eureka Springs Arkansas.
We stayed in the Grand Tiffany Tower, which was a spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated suite (and it was exactly as presented on the Inn's website).
I hardly know where to start in describing our stay at the Inn. We felt so wonderfully welcomed in this peaceful and serene home by the Innkeeper, Zoie and her resident assistant Rita. And their hospitality was phenomenal!
Lounging in our room, we enjoyed the tranquility of our jetted tub, relished in the comfort and warmth of the exquisite linens and "snuggly robes" (which we just had to have to take home with us!), and sipped (to our heart's desire) hot coffee and nibbled on the always available and always delicious snacks.
But, the absolute Pièce de résistance was the gourmet breakfast served in the Morning Room each day. Zoie and Rita absolutely amazed us with their culinary know-how and the magic of their kitchen. WE couldn’t have asked for a better fall getaway. Thank you Zoie and Rita!!

Recently enjoyed four very peaceful days at The Inn At Rose Hall. Had the place to ourselves a couple of nights, but it was blissfully quiet on even the "busy" nights. Rooms tastefully and delightfully decorated, endless supply of coffee/soft drinks, and never without a fresh platter of something sweet --usually still warm if you don't party too late. I was always too full to even try the popcorn. The staff was efficient and helpful---you'll not need a restaurant guidebook if you'll just heed some dinner suggestions they have. Breakfasts were lumpcious (is that a word?) and served promptly so you can get on with your loafing in a timely manner. Really enjoyed our stay in this top notch B&B. They,ll be on my radar for our next visit. Hope you enjoy too.
