Owner description: See and learn about Eureka Springs, up close and personal on our open-air, trolley style trams. Each tour is fully narrated by a fun, knowledgeable local guide. The tour makes 2 stops. First stop is a the 1886 Crescent Hotel, where there will be ample time to look around inside and outside the hotel, as well as enjoying the view of the beautiful Ozark mountains and the Christ of the Ozarks Statue. The second stop is at one of the historic cold water springs. The tram is "covered" but open on the sides. This makes it great for being able to see the beautiful homes, buildings, limestone walls and sidewalks and the tree covered hillsides throughout this amazing historic district. Find out, too, why Robert Ripley, of Ripley's Believe it Or Not, called Eureka Springs one of the 10 Most Unusual Towns he ever visited in the United States.

“Excellent”
Reviewed August 7, 2014

My husband and I have been to Eureka Springs many times and over many, many years. We live about an hour away....in all that time we have never taken the historical tram tour until now. It was a very informative, relaxing tour. Our guide, Joe and tram driver Moe were both excellent. Even though we have been to all the places the tram took us, it was very interesting to hear, the history and hear the stories told by, Joe, who is a native to the area. This is a don't miss attraction.

“Get a wonderful overview of Eureka Springs”
Reviewed August 4, 2014

This is a wonderful way to see the city, because when you are driving you can't look at anything. the tour lasts 2 hours, you visit the Crescent Hotel (a stop) and one of the springs (a stop). This gives you much history about the city and some of the residents and lets you really enjoy this unique city.

“"Eureka" means I found it -- but not without a tour guide!”
Reviewed August 3, 2014

Eureka Springs is a bizarre little town in the Arkansas Ozarks, and a joy to visit. But there's one thing you gotta know going in - you'll never find your way around. There's not a single right angle intersection in the city. Streets change names as they wind around the town. Your best bet is to take a tram tour, which is 90 minutes around the historic areas. Tim Garrison was our guide, and as the driver navigated the impossibly narrow and winding streets, Tim regaled us with the history of the place, and numerous points of interest. You'll pass by a lot of things you may want to go back and see, but at least you'll have a decent idea of what the neighborhood looks like so you might find it again (with a map). Entertaining and informative - well worth the fare!

The historical tour was great. Our tour guide was Tim Garrison. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the city. He was also a hoot. If you can get him as a guide...DO SO!!!

“Enjoyable local history”

My wife & I really enjoyed Tim Garrison. You can tell he really knows his stuff. He made the hot day a lot more fun with his sense of humor & childhood memories! Sledding down Howell sounds like fun!
