Our first time staying in a B&B and it was an awesome experience. We stayed in #5 Rose Cottage which is farther back off the street and very quiet. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Fridge was stocked with water and soda and a Keurig for a fresh cup of coffee or tea. Kathy thinks of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were available when we checked in and again the following afternoon/evening. Breakfast was incredible - a 5 star experience! Would recommend eating in the dining room if you enjoy meeting new people and for the opportunity to visit with Kathy and the staff. Trolley stops in front of the office so no need to drive downtown and feed the meters. Thanks for a great time. We will be back.

Myself & my now Husband wanted a stress free wedding, and we found this place while researching online for a package wedding deals. Rock Cottage Gardens was picked based on reviews, pictures online, and that it is located close to Historic Downtown Eureka Springs. We must say it was a fantastic!! I booked our Wedding package with an extra nights stay back in April. I spoke with Kathy(the owner) about our package who was very helpful as neither of us have ever been to Eureka Springs. Kathy always responded very quickly to my emails concerning deals of wedding. This was my second marriage and since I have a little experience in the wedding planning craziness, I have to say this was ASOLUTELY the most stress free wedding ever!! All I basically had to do was show up with a dress & a groom. The chapel is right on the grounds of the Inn, Kathy sent the florist the colors and types of flowers that I liked for the boutonnieres & the bouquet, made arrangements for a carriage ride, made our cake, made arrangements for the pastor to preform the ceremony, and she also took care of the picture taking! Each cottage is stand alone so you don't have all the noise from other guests, like you probably would if you stayed at a hotel. We stayed in the Rose Cottage, it was a 4 post queen sized bed (that slept great, super comfy), the room was romantically decorated, it also included a 2 person Jacuzzi tub with candles and bath salts provided by Kathy. There was also a shower, 2 very comfortable robes, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator that had complementary sodas and water. My now husband told Kathy he was trying to figure out a way to come up there just for the breakfast everyday! The breakfast was 3 courses, plentiful, beautiful, and flavorful!! We were so full we never at lunch until well after lunch time. Kathy will adjust breakfast foods to accommodate allergies/dislikes. We went to a couple of restaurants that Kathy suggested which was Ermilio's Italian & Gaskin's Cabin both were great!. Kathy decorated the Chapel, provided Champagne for us to toast with, plates, forks, and cups for our guests. After our wedding Kathy called and made arrangements for our party to eat at Gaskin's Cabin since I had forgotten to make the arrangements before hand. The wedding pictures turned out great! They were placed on a CD, and then some were placed on a CD with music. I was very pleased with the flowers considering I had never seen them & the cake had a great flavor, and was beautifully decorated. Kathy was just phenomenal! When we left we didn't feel like we had stayed at a B&B, we felt like we had just visited a distant relative. We definitely plan on returning here and highly recommend it to everyone! For the wedding couple that wants as little stress as possible call Kathy and she will help make your special day wonderful!!

Thanks again for a wonderful weekend Kathy!!

I went for a weekend getaway with my partner. This was my first bed and breakfast experience and I am so happy we saw this place when we were looking. It is located very close to the historic downtown Eureka Springs district. The owner was absolutely fantastic and so were the cottages! We stayed in the Crystal Cottage. Very clean and wonderfully decorated. We couldn't have asked for really anything more. The breakfast was absolutely AMAZING! Our next trip we are DEFINITELY planning on staying at the Rock Cottage Gardens B&B again. Thank you Kathy for a wonderful stay!

My partner and I stayed at the Rock Cottage Gardens B&B this weekend. It was an adorable place very close to historic downtown. The cottage we stayed in was very beautiful, and had everything imaginable that you may need while away from home. The jacuzzi tub was the best one Ive ever seen and very romantic with candles provided by Kathy (owner). This morning we awoke to an AMAZING breakfast that was super yummy also! It was definitely worth every cent!! I recommend this B&B 100%!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you Kathy - you made our night away from kids perfect!!

My husband and I took a quick trip to Eureka Springs for our anniversary. After much research, we decided on Rock Cottage Gardens and I am so glad that we did! Though "cozy", the cottages are well-appointed, very charming, and super clean. We requested breakfast in our cottage, and it was wonderful and filling! We will definitely return next time we want a quick get-away:)

Thank you for your very complimentary words, we are so glad you enjoyed your anniversary stay with us. It was our pleasure to bring you breakfast to your cottage, that is one of the no cost value added services we provide to our guests...mostly just to wedding couples. However, we work very hard to provide extraordinary value by making a hand prepared, no casserole, 3 course breakfast each day. We use top quality food products and our bedding and mattresses are of extremely high quality with 1000 thread count sheets and superior pillow topped mattresses. To increase the value at staying at our cottages, we provide many amenities only found in 5 star hotels such as bath salts, quality shampoos, conditioners and lotions, high quality bathrobes and a free soda and water stocked refrigerator. I'm not sure what else we can provide to increase the perception of service and value, but we are always open to new ideas without having to increase our rates (same rates since 2007!). Our location is in walking distance to downtown on the historic loop with a trolley stop right across the street for the convenience of not having to park downtown...we have "flat" off street parking which is a real luxury in Eureka, we certainly hope that these options are considered in everyone's decision to stay at the Rock Cottages. We hope you will enjoy our services and property again! Thank you, Kathy

My bride and I were married at Rock Cottages a year ago, so we made it our First Anniversary destination. Stayed in Cabin #4 - king size bed, TV, nice sized bath/shower - Kathy included a small bottle of Asti and a nice note congratulating us on our first year anniversary. Breakfast was EXCELLENT - had a nice visit with the other guests. We'll be back next year!

Room Tip: The rooms are all slightly different, so if given an opportunity, check them out and select your fav...

I took my wife on a surprise trip to Eureka Springs for our wedding anniversary. We had never stayed at a B&B before so I did not know what to look for. After looking at many other places in town I decided on the Rock Cottage Gardens. I'm glad I did. My wife loved our cottage. We stayed in the Lady Susan room. Everything in the room was perfect and super clean. Breakfast was at 9am. I had never had such a delicious gourmet breakfast before. Everything from the fruit parfait to the egg dish tasted fresh. Kathy came by to greet us. We didn't feel like she treated us as just another customer but more like a friend. She gave us suggestions on where we might like to eat and what activities we could enjoy. All in all the Rock Cottage Gardens were a perfect anniversary getaway for us and we would definitely recommend it to anyone.
