This is one of the best and most authentic Mexican restaurants we've been to in a long while. The food had spice but it did not over power the food, the sangria was delish and the wait staff were helpful and attentive. I would have given a five but the seating was a bit lacking, it wasn't busy and I would have rather sat in a different location.

Another great meal at CC. The place continues to impress me with stellar service and quality food. The mango margaritas are still the best in Eureka as far as I'm concerned. This restaurant is always the one I keep returning to in Eureka Springs.

“Eureka Springs delight”
Reviewed September 29, 2013

Visited this restaurant on a rainy day in Eureka. We wanted to eat on the Patio but because of the rain we could not. The Patio with its view would be great to eat on. The server Nick was very good and knew the menu. The Salsa was mild but when I asked for salsa with more of a kick he brought salsa with a kick but had a good taste. The kitchen staff takes pride when they serve the food and their presentation is great. Hope the patio is open the next time we visit

“Below Average Tex-Mex”
Reviewed September 23, 2013

The manager of the establishment said this was authentic Mexican dining at its best. Perhaps so, if no one had ever anything else to compare it against. The rice was under cooked (still VERY hard) and the Elote (corn dish) was barley seasoned. Having ordered fajitas, the beans that came with it seemed to be straight from a can and warmed up, also without a shred of seasoning. This place does have pretty good tomato salsa for their chips, which, when this salsa was added to the various food items that weren't seasoned well, made it tolerable. It's not worth the cost. The waiter also didn't get one of our orders correct. Had asked for no cheese on a dish, yet it came covered with cheese. When it was brought to the attention of the waiter, he took the plate, and came back out from the back room about three minutes later. It was clear by seeing the white cheese lining the side of the plate that the only thing that had been done was to scrape off the cheese and re heat the dish. There's other great places in Eureka Springs to go to, please don't visit this one.

This customer was not even in our restaurant. I, the owner was the only waiter with one other waitress on the floor on september 23rd. Not one guest complained the food wasn't seasoned. Additionally our fajita dishes don't come with beans.
When you live in a small town with a lot of restaurants beware on competitors posting false reviews.
