“Sunday Buffet a Bit Disappointing”
Reviewed July 9, 2012

The lobby, grounds, and Crystal Dining Room are beautiful, and we had an enjoyable time at the Sunday Brunch Buffet. I was a little disappointed in the number and variety of dishes offered for the price. The roast beef offered was carved to order, and looked good, but it turned out to be too rare for comfort. Foods we had were good, but many were ordinary breakfast dishes such as omelets, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, sausage, etc. They did have lunch dishes, as well, and very limited salad offerings. I will say that the warm cherry cobbler and vanilla ice cream were scrumptious, and almost worth the price of admission on their own!

“Great Dinner”
Reviewed June 21, 2012

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the Crystal Dining Room and had a wonderful experience. The room is beautiful, the service excellent, and the food delicious. Our steaks were prepared to perfection and each course was presented beautifully. For dessert, we chose the Chocolate Lava Cake which was out of this world. The only weakness to the menu, in my opinion, was the salad which consisted of iceberg lettuce, radishes, and onions. It was lacking in creativity, presentation, and taste. Everything else about the evening was delightful.

“Neat but old”
Reviewed May 28, 2012

If you are into "classic" or "old style" hotels this is the place for you. I myself am into more modern things, but having said that, I have always enjoyed my stays here.

After eating many places in Eureka Springs I'll have to say that the Sunday morning brunch at the Cresent is the best breakfast you can get in town
