We wanted a hotel near the slopes and we got it! Amazing view and right in the centre of the action. A very big Thank you to all the very helpful staff at Hotel de les pistes and Les Marselles restaurant for making us so welcome with an extra hug and thanks to Jamie (our Crystal Rep and an apology as well)! They all work extremely long hours but remain so cheerful and enthusiastic.
Great food - no compaints at all (which is unusual for my lot) cheap drinks and good company!
The rooms were very clean, plenty of hot water, but basic as you would expect of a three star hotel. If I had any requests it would be a softer bed (but that is probably just me after a day on the slopes!) But I think the view and the friendly staff makes up for this! I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel/restaurant and crystal rep! Thanks again.

Room Tip: The view is definitely worth the extra!

Just returned from a ski holiday booked last minute - a week before departure. I must agree with previous posts that you couldn't want for a better location in terms of access to the pistes & the town of Pas. A mountain view room is worth the supplement as the rear of the hotel overlooks Paddy's Irish bar which is very 'lively'. The staff are welcoming & helpful & yes, Jamie is a real asset to Crystal as a rep. The food in les Marselles is tasty & varied, though you may get a little bored of lettuce - it seemed to garnish most dishes. Breakfast in the hotel is something I would criticise. Yes it is plentiful but I would not say it was quality. Hot drinks were from a vending machine, the bread was very dry (but made good toast), the croissants were also quite dry. The brochure description rates this hotel as 3* but I have to say, the breakfasts really need to be improved to meet this.
We had a great week & were completely happy with the hotel because we paid half the brochure price! If I'd paid full whack, the tone of this review would have been slightly different.

Amazing holiday... great hotel in the perfect location right at the foot of the piste and othe middle of the après ski fun. Great staff especially Scottish Dave and Samyra... both really helped to make the holiday amazing. Food was brilliant from free breakfast to 3 course meal with plenty of variety to choose from... Good bar prices and free wi-fi and comfortable rooms that did exactly what we wanted. Boarding was great with pleanty of runs and lessons with an awesome instructor (Joao Jorge), along with the general friendly atmosphere made the holiday one of my favourite... Definately will come back again. Thanks to all that made it a memorable experience.

My friend and I have recently returned from a weeks holiday here and had an amazing time. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the location was very handy being a two minute walk to the slopes. I was very impressed with the food in the restaurant which was again a two minute walk away. There were always three good choices for each of the three courses and our waitress Samira was lovely and welcoming.

Our ski instructor Danni Fane was also brilliant and was by far the best ski instructor I have had. We skiied all the way down to Soldeu on one of the days and there was a huge variety of runs for all abilities. Apart from the -30 degree freeze and being unable to ski for the last day due to the weather, this holiday was by far the best ski holiday I have had and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful accommodation. SOOO clean and staff were very helpful. The continental breakfast is ample and drinks in the hotel bar were not expensive at all. The half board meals in the restaurant were exceptional - 3 courses and wonderful staff, especially Sam.
The staff feel like your friends after the holiday!
Jamie was a fabulous rep. and the ski / board school is exceptional value for money. You're in for a treat if Joao Jorge teaches you - absolute legend! =]
Room was very clean and very warm. It could be a little noisy at night but you'd expect this from a lively resort such as Pas De La Casa. View from the room was amazing, looking out onto the piste. (closest hotel to the lifts / pistes / meeting point for board or ski school)
Very happy holiday-makers! Will absolutely be back! =]
