I have eaten at Restaurant Fe on several occasions and each time has been a true culinary delight. Chef Paul creates an amazing variety of international dishes from the freshest local ingredients. He has a full page of curries alone including the best Indian & Thai flavors. The menu has a page each devoted to pastas, meats, fish, and chicken. The salads and soups are huge and fresh, and almost more than a meal by themselves.
The restaurant is set in a beautiful garden, and after a meal you would be tempted to relax on one of the garden benches for a siesta. Don't miss the dessert menu. I have sampled the flour-less chocolate cake, and the brownie. Both to die for!!!! What a great addition to the San Marcos dining scene!
