my friend and i stayed at Durbar guest house in Patan for 3 days 2 nights, this guest house is near Durbar square and temples, out side look a bit dark. Durbar guest house offers good price for twin bed with bathroom attached. the room are quite spacious and clean , very simple room with 2 single beds, small TV , many useful hooks to hang stuff, no decoration on wall but color painting is quite new. my room has 2 windows can open out , i saw some of the rooms has no window or only 1 window, anyway the rooms are bright enough with many lights u can turn on (when electricity is on ,otherwise it will be only candle light).

the best part is the bathroom , the cleanest and newest bathroom we had in nepal ,even it's very simple no bath tub , but all tiles, taps , toilet bowl are new. hot shower is by new gas heater so hot water can run faster

the guest house boss is very helpful, you can ask for his advise if you want to see the village nearby.

worth money to stay there for the price 600 rupees and during off peak might be able to ask for 550 rupess (8 USD) but if u aim for luxury place is not the right one for u
