Good for: Families with children
Dining options: Dinner
Description: The centerpiece of any Russo's restaurant is the 7,000lb coal fired oven. Only a toll like this can infuse pizza so completely and deliciously with the unique flavors of the pizzas toppings, and even the oven itself. Here at Russo's, we specialize in New York Style thin crust pizza. Everything in store is made fresh to order, and we source only the best ingredients to bring you the best flavors. In the words of founder Anthony Russo's father, we operate under the principle of "If you can't make it fresh, don't serve it!". It was this commitment to quality supplemented by a desire to share that led Russo's to conquer New York, and then other lands all over the nation. Russo's features a wide variety on the menu, from traditional favorite like our pizza, to various seafood dishes, sandwiches, pastas, cheesecakes and the like.

We went shortly after they opened and the service was seriously slow, and when we asked about the state of my food (everyone else's seemed overpriced but okay), I was asked if I even liked the type of food (seriously?), after the waitress (reluctantly) took away the gross food, and gave us a refund, the manager was helpful enough. I am thinking the issue was mostly just undertrained staffing.

The signs in the parking lot are confusing, after driving around the lot, we figured it out. We were seated right away at 5pm and our waitress suggested a good bottle of Merlot. We ordered Lobster Ravioli and Cannelloni, both hot and wonderful. There's a lot of choices in Conway, this is a great choice for a good dinner.

Very good service and we were impressed with the nice look of the inside and out. We were hoping for an new upscale place to dine in Conway but this casual, relaxed restaraunt is a great place to meet friends and dine. The small Greek salad is a good size and delicious. The chicken and spinach pizza EXCELLENT and HUGE! Had to take at least half of it home. Planning to meet friends there on Monday.

Walked here from our hotel. Very convenient to the hotel cluster in Conway. We dined with a group of adults, 2 teen boys and several 10 & under boys. The staff was super accommodating and set tables up for each of our groups. Our server even managed to get all the tickets correct! The portions were the perfect size and reasonably priced. We loves the gnocchi al pesto and lasagna.
If you're in Conway, this a good dinner option.
