this family oriented hotel has a friendly and helpful staff. We don't like the dimly lit rooms, Brighter bulbs would be great.

I have stayed here numerous times, and there were always friendly people in front. Now they have a person working that doesn't even respond to a "good morning" from guests. She worked yesterday too and just as unfriendly. She kept the breakfast stuff filled, but she definitely seemed like she didn't like being there hurrying up to smoke right out the front door. Never even saw her smile. I like this place, but unfriendly staff makes me want to look elsewhere for my next trip. Cleaning staff was great only reason for the poor service comment is for the front desk lady.
