Well worth the brief wait due to a very large party. The management and staff were awesome! The food was great. Had a party of five (3 kids) and consistently all if the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the shrimp (fried and broiled)...definitely from the Gulf. The steaks are huge. Expect to pay around $25 to $50 for the steaks - they are worth every penny! Emily, our server, was very attentive and provided great recommendations. We will certainly return!

Prime steaks. But you have to eat in a creepy place that smells like sewage? What is this place? The sides and salad are pure junk. "Over-priced" would be putting it lightly (beer prices are outrageous too). Service was poor. Time was wasted.

Wow, Sewage? Nah, maybe this guy/gal works for a competitor, complete fabrication of reality.

%100 USDA PRIME Beef(it cost more for the best!) We cut and age all steaks in house(also takes man hours & refrigeration storage space). Average cost of a meal here is less than our local and national equals/competitors.
Plus all of our Steaks include choice of potato, salad, and bread. (unlike all of our competitors)

Fresh (local when available) side items.

Creepy? Most people love our laid back Anti pretentious Atmosphere.

I will explain in short why our Excellent Bar selection is a little higher in price than in other counties in Arkansas, or other states that do not have "Dry Counties":

First we have to pay Washington County to purchase the liquor/wine/beer/etc. (from here on out I'm just going to say beer so I don't have to type all that out again).

Second, we have to pay Benton County (the to transport and sell the liquor in our restaurant.

Third, we have to pay a Package Liquor store for the liquor, they are basically a middle man, so instead of wholesale price(like most business pay), we play wholesale plus what the package liquor store adds usually about 10-15% on top of wholesale.

Fourth because we are in a dry county, we cannot receive beer deliveries. Therefore, we have to drive just under 50 miles round trip to pick up our own beer. This requires us to own, and maintain a pickup truck that happens to use quite a bit of gas when loaded down with 2000+ lbs. of beer etc.

Finally, because we do provide a selection of over 140 different beers and 80 different whiskeys, and a full bar on top of that including hundreds of bottles of wine. The handling and storage (including a walkin cooler designated only for beer) cost us even more on top of all of those other points.

Rarely if ever have complaints about our servers. If this person was unhappy about service, they made no mention of their displeasure while here. We employ College students for the most part, and because of our family type work atmosphere, most employees are with us for 2-7 years, and are very good at their job.

We are in the service industry and love ALL of our customers, even ones with the very rare concern or complaint. We are very approachable and happy to fix any issue that may arise at any given time. We are here to serve, and love our jobs!!!

We understand that there are people who expect a different atmosphere and dim lit type of place when they are eating great steaks. We don't feel that way, but we understand some do. But the thousands of people that love us understand, and look forward to our family type of service and ambiance.

They are known for their steaks, but try their shrimp! The fried is lightly breaded tasty big gulf shrimp and the broiled is just as big, seasoned and flavorful. Came with a huge helping of some of the best fries I've ever had!

Don't judge this place by how it looks. Service was very good, the bartender goes out of his way to make you feel at home. The aged steaks are truly memorable. We will go back every time we are in Bentonville.

Looking for something a bit different...something not part of a chain...we saw Doe's. A plain black and white sign, a unappealing exterior, but a parking lot full of cars attracted us. Inside it resembles a slightly shabby sports bar. Officially Doe's is a private club with membership via sign in at no charge. Apparently, this is necessary to serve alcohol in the county. There are some seafood items on the menu, but beef is featured and everyone was having steak. A whole selection of steaks are available and are priced by the pound starting at about $22. Partner and I both chose the 11-oz fillets. Dinners included a (somewhat over) marinated salad, a selection of vegetables, and drop biscuits -- these latter resemble deep fried, non-sweet donut holes. Both our steaks were perfect: absolutely right on with the cooking and serving temperature, extremely tasty, and wonderfully tender. I selected roasted red potatos and partner had sauted mushroom. Each side was delicious and more than ample for sharing. And those biscuit are perfect for swabbing up steak juice. This doesn't come cheap, our fillets were about $36. However, if you're like me and eat beef infrequently, but want the best when you do. Try Doe's!
