As many of the other reviews have stated there is so much good to report that you feel like you are nit-picking.

The property is new, clean and very quiet. The location is great and the value was very nice. Good job on being "green" in the kitchen ... No disposable dishes!

Two small items. First no protein for breakfast. I assume it is space constraints. Second, limited sugar free cereals and no SF syrup.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review for your recent stay. We take all suggestions very seriously. You are not alone with your breakfast thoughts. Marriott is reviewing the breakfast at TownePlace Suites and we hopeful that there will be improvments sometime this year. We generally do have sugar free syrup though. My deepest apologies if we were out of this item during your stay. Again, thank you for your thoughts. We take each and every one very seriously. Hope to see you again!

Our family of 5 stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks while our kitchen underwent repairs from a leak. During our stay winter weather set in and several of the staff had to spend a few nights at the hotel as well. The staff became almost like family while we were there really making our family feel as much at home as possible. When asked my wife and girls say the staff was "super sweet" and "awesome"! Everyone was great with our 15 month old baby boy as well. Bottom line this is a great place to stay and very family friendly as well. A special thanks to Kim, Cheryl, Patty, Libby, Richard, Brandon, Eva and the rest of the staff for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Room Tip: The 2 bedroom we stayed in was like a nice apartment.

Love the consistency of Marriott properties and this was no exception. This hotel staff was very accommodating and a made our stay a real pleasure. The desk clerk was very helpful, a concierge and community booster with information on restaurants and directions to Crystal Bridges art museum..

The traffic pattern is a little trying but not limiting once you have made your left turn out of the property..

We will stay here on out next trip to Triple Bridges!

Room Tip: The two bedroom suite was very good with two bedrooms with doors for complete privacy.

I stayed here only one week, but had no complaints. Well, just one: It is a newer facility (usually a good thing) and it has those same annoying elevators that all the new lower-end Marriott properties have. They are frustratingly slow and exude 'cheapness'. Not the whole hotel, just the elevators.

Lots of traffic in the morning, so exiting the hotel can take a few minutes. Otherwise, there is very little traffic in the area and all is peaceful. Its far enough off the interstate that you don't hear that traffic.

We stayed at TownPlace Suites for a week while having some work done on our house due to some water damage. Our insurance company put my family of 5 up in a 2 bedroom suite. The suite was well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen (full sized fridge, dishwasher, stove top, and microwave), 2 pretty much identical bedrooms (one with a small desk), each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms had normal sized dressers with a TV on top and regular closets with hangers and an ironing board. The living area had a queen sized sleeper sofa, an air chair with ottoman, TV & DVD player. A 3 person dining set was also in the living area. Each room had its own thermostat for the heating & cooling system. The wifi was moderately slow but tolerable. The noise level was slim to none, even though it is 1 block from 540. The pool is only 4 and a half feet deep and seems to be open sporadically due to maintenance. I was disappointed that there was no hot tub. There is a small fitness room which we did not use. The laundry room is coin-op - 50 cents to wash and 50 cents per 30 mins to dry. The hotel does not allow room charges for change for laundry, so be sure to bring some change with you. There is a tv in there if you want to hang out while your clothes are washing. The basic continental breakfast had a waffle maker, muffins, bagels, toast, fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, milk, coffee, juice and hot chocolate. The selection was pretty middle-of-the-road. There is a small convenience store in the lobby that is run by hotel staff, so is 24hrs. The location kind of stinks if you need to go towards Bentonville at all - making a left turn onto 14th St can be a difficult task. You are pretty much better off going right on 14th and up a 1/2 block and making a U-turn in the NWACC parking lot. This hotel is 1 block from Sams Club and Neighborhood Market (it is a full sized 24 hr grocery store for those who havent heard of it). If you need to visit NWACC, this is an ideal hotel for you. There are several fast food options within a mile (Taco Bell, Arbys, Sonic, & McDonalds and a soon to be opened Dunkin Donuts). Downtown Bentonville is a few miles away - about a 5 minute drive if traffic is decent. In all, the hotel was pretty good, the down sides were the lack of a hot tub and the location being sort of a drag.

Thank you for the time you took to write this detailed review. As a point of interest that some do not know, there are more than 15 brands of Marriott. Each one was designed for a specific target audience. That is why their amentities are different. TownePlace was designed to appeal to the longer term business traveler that is a "Do it Yourselfer" at heart. Our Suites were designed to be cooked in which is why our breakfast while nice to have, is not elaborate. Our exercise amentities meet the needs of most travelers however, are not extensive therefore allowing the TownePlace Suites Brand to be the affordable extended stay Marriott option.
We are so glad you stayed with us and hope to see you again in the future and once again, thank you so much for your review.

I really enjoyed staying at this newer hotel. It is located right off of I-540. However, I did not have any noise issues from the interstate. The room was very spacious and featured a large work space. The highlight of this hotel-a full size coffeemaker in the sleeping rooms! My bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to NWA.

Stayed with a friend while visiting Fayetteville for a U of A football game. This is a clean, new motel convenient to I-540. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was very useful with a large refrigerator. They provided cups, plates and flatware. The furnishings were functional. The shower had the newer curved curtain so it provides plenty of room; you won't be fighting to keep the thing from sticking to you! They have an electric outlet above the night stand between the beds. Very handy to recharge phones, plug in a CPAP unit, etc. No need to fumble around behind furniture just to use electronics.

Only two sort of negative items. First, the full length mirror in the bathroom is facing you as you sit on the toilet. Sort of strange. I might have hung it behind the bathroom door instead, but I guess it's less likely to get broken this way. Second, no protein (e.g. bacon, sausage, etc.) at the included breakfast bar.

Those are pretty small complaints, but enough to knock it down from a 5 rating. Overall a very nice, comfortable, clean place to stay and a good bargain to boot.

Room Tip: We stayed on the end by the front stairs. It made getting in and out convenient from the second floo...
