Beautiful facility, menu a bit limited, a bit pricey, but there's no entrance fee to the museum, so it balances out.

After viewing the American Art and the amazing architecture of Crystal Bridges, a gem of a museum, we decided to have a late lunch at their restaurant, which overlooks the water and trees. They combine a great deal of sophisticated taste with locally sourced food. I enjoyed the chicken, arugula, and bean salad, while my husband had the local rainbow trout with fresh tomato salsa. You can choose from soda, tea, coffee, or beer and wine. Because it was mid afternoon, there weren’t as many people, but I can see where it would be noisy during peak times.

Great museum restaurant in a beautiful setting, overlooking pools of water at the Crystal Bridges Museum. We found the menu to be varied (soups, salads, hot entrees and burgers), appealing, and reasonably priced. Orders are placed at a counter, you're given a number to put on your table, and servers deliver the food when it's ready. We only encountered about a 10 minute wait, and about 3/4 of the tables were occupied. There's a nearby coffee bar with pastries and pre-packaged sandwiches etc. if you want to grab a quicker bite.

Ate lunch before seeing the exhibits at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. The menu has something for everyone- and I appreciated the healthy choices as well as a chance to order a colossal burger if needed. The setting is architecturally amazing and the glass walls make dining here a visual pleasure as well. The white bean salad with arugula and a tasty roasted chicken breast, along with the tomato basil soup was the perfect fuel to see the exhibits. On a busy Saturday the dining area was full, but staff did an excellent job of making sure the line went fast and tables were cleared for the next diner. Very nice.

The main dining area is huge and quite loud. It was a Friday so there was a large crowd. As a result the line was long and it took a long time to get served.
