We had the buckwheat apple crisp and if you like gooey-this is it. The buckwheat crust was very good/healthy, but my husband nor I could find any apples-plenty of nuts, which was good. The price was a little high for what we got, considering we didn't find any apples in the apple crisp.
Also, they ought to provide a plate and to have the option of silverware if needed. We just had to set it down on some little paper napkins. We were overall disappointed with our crepe.

Dear Happyme5,
Thank you for visiting Crepes Paulette and for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your comments and take them very seriously. While la "apple crisp" crepe does not have apple chunks in it (we make it with a smooth apple butter), it certainly should have been CRISPY, not gooey! We will try to do better and hope you will give us another chance one day...
Sincerely,
Paula
p.s. we do have paper plates and utensils available on request, but based on your comments we will now mention it on our serving window. :)

It was a bit cold on the October morning to be eating outside. There is an area enclosed in plastic but it was fuller. Hot drinks helped. Placing the order was easy. Wait was as you would expect for cooked to order. Interesting to watch the cook making the items. All that we got was very good. Overall a fun experience. Would definitely return if we were in Bentonville and at the 21c hotel again,.

Sweet stand near the art hotel: I love the small business food trucks where you can watch your treat come to life. Yummy!

I am not a person who would frequent a food truck under normal circumstances but this is worth the stop. I've never had crepes before so I can't compare, but these are tasty. Not had anything bad yet and everybody I've been with there always raved about their selections as well. The wait can be pretty long, so be patient.

Paula and Fred have amazing combinations of both dessert and dinner crepes - spinach & feta, ham & cheese, chocolate ganache and berries, lemon juice & powdered sugar and many many other excellent choices. Don't go in a hurry. Take time to select and watch while they cook each handmade crepe inside their polka dotted food wagon. There is outdoor seating with heaters to get out of the cold wind while your children iceskate across the street at Lawrence Plaza. If you are here in the summer it is set up as a splash park with public restrooms. They also have excellent iced coffee and lemonade.
