We chose a smoking room because it was all that was available online, and it was on the ground floor. Never again...the room smelled OK but everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was stained. The room wasn't big enough for all of the furniture in it, and everything was cheap looking, meaning that it appears that people who smoke don't give a crap and don't take care of things. The continental breakfast was horrible....don't advertise a breakfast if you don't at least have donuts. We couldn't eat what they had, and we are NOT picky. We have been to Super 8's before, and I really hope that this was an exception; you really do get what you pay for. Anyway, on the flip side, the desk attendants and housekeeping folks were all very nice and helpful.

It was suppose to be a nonsmoking motel, but when you entered the front door you could smell the smoke from the cigarettes. The room was clean and didn't smell like smoke, but when you were in the bathroom there were cigarette stains on the bath tub and sink. There were also a cigarette hole in one of the blankets.
The tv had great reception and the beds were soft. Most of all the person that checked us in was very nice and directed us to a very nice place to eat.
I am pleased to know that overall you enjoyed your stay and the wonderful restaurants that Batesville has to offer. I am also pleased that our professional front desk team took great care of you during your stay.
