VERY friendly and accommodating staff. But prices are higher than average...and both burgers and fries were too greasy for us to be able to finish eating.

“OK-but nothing to rave about”
Reviewed May 8, 2012

The folks at this place are really friendly and helpful. I was given a sample of the Cajun Fries but did not find them to be anything special. The hamburger is large, almost too large, and is good but, again, nothing special. Although I was eating in the lunch was in a bag and that made it difficult to eat at the table as there was nothing but napkins to put down to put the food on. I rate it average because although the hamburger was good the fries did not seem to have much flavor to me (I had regular fries). The cost is rather expensive-over $10 for hamburger, small fries, and large drink. Yes, the hamburger was large but what made it large were the toppings. Next time I will get a plain hamburger as the toppings disguised the taste of the meat. they need to add green chilies (not green peppers) as a topping. In all, IN/OUT has better burgers and fries, Blake's Lotta Burger in New Mexico has better, and -when compared to the price, even Jack in the Box or Burger King has better hamburgers. They have free peanuts and advise because of allergies not to take them from the store-that makes no sense. Also, since everything is fried in peanut oil-would that not be a problem for those with allergies to peanuts? Perhaps on a second visit, without all the toppings, I will get a better opinion. But, for now, what seems to make it "special" is the atmosphere not the food.

“Quality with noise/crowds”

Take out seems best, but food very good per their usual standards. Noisy, but clean.

“Delicious... one of the best burgers you'll have”
Reviewed April 5, 2012

This place is a chain, and it's pretty simple in terms of atmosphere. But if you just want an amazing burger and fries, this is IT. Great.

“Wow!”

My husband and I come from MI and had never eaten at Five Guys. We couldn't believe the size of the single burgers and amount of FF in one order! The taste is also awesome. Keep up the good work.
