We had lunch and the food was delicious. Arthur, our waiter, did a great job. We asked for a window seat and watched the trains pass by. Also there were bird feeders with lots of birds to watch. We would definitely go again.

Absolutely fantastic food and service in a great setting. The squash blossom appetiser was probably the single best dish I have ever had anywhere including Michelin Star and other fine restaurants. Service was friendly and excellent, all at a very reasonable price. In addition the breakfasts here are absolutely exquisite.

We'd just driven 400 miles, hiked for a few hours in the Petrified Forest and were still an hour from our hotel. So, we searched dining on the GPS and came up wit this place! AMAZING! Our waiter was a character and a gem. He recommended the Duck Tacos, we decided to have a Cesar Salad and then the Wild Wild Wild. Since it was late we decided we'd share the meal. It was truly a delicious experience! We talked about it all week and even bought the cookbook.

and a patient attentive staff. I had the Piki Bread with Hopi Hummus appetizer and the Lamb Shank for an entre. Very tasty.

In the middle of nowhere, a four star treat. Creative southwestern food served in an old train station hotel, this was one of our favorites this year! Service was fabulous; the menu was creative, the food well worth the trip. The best Osso Bucco I've ever had; my dining partner had the best lasagna, made with duck, sausage and eggplant, that either of us has ever had. Nice wine list. Ask to sit by the windows to watch the BSNF trains pull in. The celebrity list of visitors is unbelievable; the history in the hotel there is also phenomenal. Built in 1837, restored in the past 25 years, the Blue Diamond restaurant and La Posada Hotel were the best surprises of our trip! Just go!
