The room we got were basically different shades of brown. The fridge was noisy, the remote was missing, but reception staff gave us a new one promptly. A/C is old and noisy, but the windows all had mosquito nets so we decided to open the windows during the night which made us all have a good nights sleep. The bathroom was not very tidy and we found several strands of hair (the curly kind). The location is great for getting up to Grand Canyon within a little more than an hours time. Breakfast was adequate and the young morning staff was polite and helpful. I would possibly choose to stay here again since even though the cleaning and design of the rooms and the bathroom was sub-par things works here.
Williams - at first it seems like a quaint little town, but you soon discover that in many cases this is a tourist trap. I would avoid eating at seated restaurant in Williams if possible were I to go there again.

Room tip: Second floor is preferred I think.

Front desk check in person was nice, room was kind of dark and only somewhat clean. This motel is in need of updating. Pool was nice though, and although they do have a BBQ on the deck, you have to supply your own propane or briquettes if you wish to use it (not an easy thing to do when you are travelling by motorcycle). Breakfast left a lot to be desired so we didn't bother on the 2nd day. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and historic downtown area.

Rooms are tired and furnishings dated. Had to change rooms due to ants on surfaces. External walkways dirty & not hoovered during stay. Breakfast poor.
