A gem
We stayed in the Red Garter Inn for one night in June. The previous night we had suffered an awful night in the Bright Angel Lodge within Grand Canyon National Park. We were desperate for a good night’s sleep and a cosy room, and that’s exactly what we got. We stayed in the small Parlour Room, which was beautifully decorated in period style. We slept really well (despite the annual ‘hog’ rally taking place outside!). The staff were incredibly friendly and we had a really interesting chat with John over breakfast in the bakery. The building has a colourful history and John was really enthusiastic about it. Williams was an interesting and pretty little town, and we ate at Twisters diner down the road which was fantastic. If we visit the Grand Canyon again we will definitely stay here and not go anywhere near any of the lodgings inside the Grand Canyon National Park.

This is a wonderful B-and-B, full of character and charm. The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and helped make our stay a good one. Breakfast included wonderful home-baked pastries, fruit and a great latte. My husband and I were following a bit of Route 66 through Arizona and this made the perfect destination. I highly recommend both the place and the town.

Only 4 rooms means the service is excellent. Very hands on by the owner John who is always around to provide advice for travellers. Great place, hope to go back some time.

Here for our friends 40th birthday tour. Both our rooms best gals and madams were clean and comfortable. Breakfast healthy and huge hombaked pastries yum
jon and debs gave us some tips for our travels which worked well. Jerome haunted house for a burger was a good choice rather than stopping in Sedona. Views better and less comercialised. At Williams you are over 7000 feet above sea level so you just have to take it easy and this is definatley a fab place to stay.
