My husband played Wickenburg while we were in Phoenix in early May. Course was in excellent condition, no burned areas. Everything was green. Beautiful. Course had water features and elevation changes. Great layout. Would definitely play it again and recommend playing the course. Price was a little high, $112.00, but I loved the course. Very friendly staff. Range not the best, but I didn't go there to play the range. Challenging course, but not overly difficult.

OK golf at reasonable rate. Challenging narrow fairways with hidden hazards on some hairpin doglegs. (Read the fairway guide available at the pro shop.) I am a 22 factor and played from the whites, well under 6K yards. 1 birdie, 4 pars and 4 triples. Get your morning coffee before you arrive. It was brewed, but no dairy.

A fairly spartan facility, but a fraction of Wickenburg Ranch, a much preferred course if you are not watching your $$$. Stop after at Anita's in Wickenburg for a Mexican meal and it will be a good day.

Most courses today are all about distance, grip it and rip it. This course is the opposite, very narrow fairways. Bring your "A" game and bring a few extra balls. I look forward to playing this course again next time in the area. Cannot really comment on pace of play, as I was first off the tee and finished in under 3 hours as a single. Staff was very friendly, and pro shop person made sure I had a yardage book when he found out it was my first time playing there. That made a huge difference in my round. 5 stars for this course, and if your traveling between Vegas and Phoenix, it is right on the way.

The course is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The warm up range is weak, very small and in poor condition. The course is a very unique layout and difficult to play. Many holes have blind tee shots, with only an experienced golfer of the course knowing the correct line. The greens are acceptable, no two greens rolled the same. When you play the course, request to be paired up with a local player. This will allow for a better round and fewer lost golf balls. The course is indicative of the social demographics of the area and the patrons.

Lovely will kept course! Fairways are narrow and greens are challenging! Bring a few extra balls. Staff are friendly and it is has a nice relaxed atmosphere! Had a great day there with friends. Wish the dining room had been open for dinner.
