Lets start with what the 2 of us ordered,,, She a Tuna Sandwich on rye, me a "club": on rye, both with a side of potato salad...
In both cases the potato salad looked good but the potato was in a couple large chuncks and not cooked through.... edible but not eatable!
The sandwiches came with tomato slices from hard, white, tasteless tomato.... they should have just left it off ...edible but not eatable!
The "club" was not a club, 2 slices of bread not 3 and sliced in half not quartered, not a club.
The cheese was hard and turning that funny orange that cheese does, the onion was so strong I still can't get it off my hands, and the sandwich was stacked to were you would need a really huge mouth to bite it. I had to take it apart, throw out the tomato, cheese, and onion in order to get it eatable!
Someone has a good thing going and they are not paying attention to detail......... sorry.

Drove out here on a day trip from Phoenix and found this restaurant. It seemed quite busy but we were pleasantly surprised with everything. You order food at counter and they bring it out to you. I had fresh tuna salad sandwich (scrumptious) on really fresh homemade bread, which tasted fantastic. Side was potato salad, also very good. Hubby had chef's salad which was very impressive and tasty. They also had mile high coconut cream pie which was to die for. Hubby had a beer which they served along with iced mug which was a nice touch.

Ask anyone in town where they go for lunch they'll tell you Nana's Sandwich Saloon. They have dynamite homemade soups in impressive pots. Order one and share iwth a friend.

We have lunch here about once a week and have never been disappointed. They make the best potato rolls ever. Relaxed atmosphere with a taste of old Wickenburg.
