Price: $$$ $400 to $450 a night. We used chase points which was 22,000 points.

Rooms: Spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were ok. I would compare it to a Courtyard Marriott. Has mini fridge and bar area. Bathrooms are a good size.

Very Cozy hotel with a cabin feel. Nicest hotel at Grand Canyon in my opinion. In the middle of town. Few miles from the Grand Canyon park. Would stay here again. More

Holiday
We arrived after our long drive from Las Vegas and was greeted by very friendly staff, we were offered an upgrade and our room was very comfortable. Good USB charging points. Breakfast and dinner very good, overall a nice hotel and perfect for accessing one of the most wonderful places to visit. Would go back.

Nice Hotel
After looking at most of the other hotel options in Williams, this must be a five star resort. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, but the room was nothing special--I'd say it compares favorably with a nice Best Western. Pretty pricey for what it is.

Beautiful
Welcoming beautiful lobby. Nice clean comfortable room with nice amminities. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and towels. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were clean. Nice work out room. Close to restaurants and park entrance.

Horrible Experience
Do not be deceived by the high ratings. Should really take note of all the negative ones which I failed to do prior to booking. There was nothing special with the rooms.
The service was horrible from the minute you check-in. The first night there, we noticed sheet on bed had blood stains all over; 2nd day huge dust balls hanging over the vent in the bathroom over the toilet. Told front desk to have it cleaned out. Nothing was done up to our last night there. 3rd day, they delivered someone else's bill under our door.
Asked about laundry facility the person at the front desk just had a stoned cold face with a sniley attitude tells me to go to the park. I was stunned at her response. Shouldn't she have at least directed me where in the park?? At $370/night I would have expected better customer service. There are plenty of other hotels around the Grand Canyon with the same distance away from the park. Stay at the Holiday Inn instead right across the street from this lousy hotel. You'll have laundry facility and free complimentary breakfast. You're better off and not have to pay almost $400 a night. I wished I was able to upload pictures of those incidents that was mentioned earlier. They knew I had the pictures since I showed it to them, yet you'd think they'd made sure everything would be addressed.

Great Location! Friendly Staff! Very Good Restaurant! Nice Decor!
I read a lot of the negative reviews about this hotel and I began to wonder if I was staying in the same place. My wife and I thought it was very good overall. This is not a Motel 6. It is a first class hotel with a lot of amenities and priced accordingly. The location is excellent right on highway 64, a straight drive north from I-40, about 55 miles. Turn right out of the hotel and it takes you right into the GC National park, about 7 miles. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel and there is a large covered area under roof when you drive up to the reception. We booked a room with two queen beds and were upgraded to a balcony room. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was sufficient room for the 3 of us. The room was well appointed with a mini fridge, micro wave, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, keurig coffee maker, credenza, desk, and real glasses and cups. The lobby is spacious and well decorated with taxidermy animals mounted on the walls. There is a good amount of natural stone used as well. There is free coffee in the morning. There is a well stocked gift shop in the lobby. All areas of the hotel were clean. Not sure what other writers saw that i missed. I checked out the fitness center (but did not use it) and it appeared to offer a good variety of equipment. I did not detect any strange odors as one writer noted. No one was using it. There is also a pool and hot tub which we did not use. We had dinner and drinks in the bar/saloon each night. The first night it was just wings and cold beer which was very good. The second night we had a full dinner. I ordered the grilled salmon with asparagus and my son ordered the filet mignon with the tempura vegtable medely. Both were cooked perfectly. My wife opted for small plates of potato skins and a caesar salad which we shared. We also had cocktails and a nice bottle of wine. Everything was excellent including the service. Steakhouse prices and sides are ala cart. There are other less expensive restaurants in the neighborhood if you are on a budget. I had the breakfast buffet both mornings and it offered a good variety of breakfast foods. Everything I ate (eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, yogurt) was very good and the buffet was clean. The price was $15.95 but I have had other breakfast buffets at comparable hotels for $24.95. There is a McDonald's next door if this price seems expensive. CONS: 1) There is only one elevator for guests and staff. I never had a problem but I could see some congestion if the hotel is fully booked. 2) Fold up beds were stored at the end of my hallway. Find a better place so they are out of sight. 3) The cleaning staff queues up in the first floor hallway in the morning. They should also find a better place to do this. If you are on a budget, then this place is not for you. It is on the pricey side. But if you want a clean 1st class hotel with a very good restaurant and bar, a comfortable room with amenities, and a great location, this is a good place. I would stay there again.
