We have eaten here many times. Sandwiches are very good and never have had any problems with the food here You order your sandwich and they call your name to pick it up.

We were walking around the quaint shops in Tubac and decided to take a coffee break. I couldn't believe the lack of service. There apparently was just one person working and she was intent on making sandwiches. There were three other people in the shop so it wasn't crowded by any means. All we were looking for was a cup of coffee. We stood by the counter for a long time and the employee never turned around to acknowledge us. She could have said "Be with you in a minute." Nothing! Obviously she didn't know how to multitask. Eventually we left. So much for the much needed coffee break. Such a bad experience, never again.

This is a pleasant stop on a busy shopping day. You can enjoy a great cup of coffee or tea along with a deli sandwich and home made dessert. Seating is outside or inside.

One enters, gets in line, orders off the overhead board, and they will bring your order to you. We had a huge turkey club sandwich, which we divided. It was $8.39 plus tax, and well worth it. The wheat bread was a bit soft. I can't say what kind it was, but homemade. It came with a pickle each and they were good enough to put it in two baskets for us. It was not so busy as we were early for lunch, and it was Easter. The chairs and tables are interesting, a bit rustic, made of rough tree limbs for rungs, and as my husband noted, not put together as well as they might be. However, if you are ordinary weight, they won't fall apart. One corner has a sofa, soft chairs, and a coffee table, so one can just sit around and have one's coffee and chat with one's friends.

The coffee choices are excellent...good sandwiches, too. Wifi, newspapers, smoothies...a great start to a lazy day any day while you're in the sunny southwestern Mecca which is Tubac.
