The restaurant's decor is probably the best thing about it. There was a large mirror on the wall which needed cleaning. Speaking of cleaning -- there are blue plates at each place setting on a larger charger. My blue plate had dried water marks and greasy finger prints on one corner and I asked for a clean one thinking I'd be served food on it. As it turned out, they took both plates away when serving the meal. So, what's the point? The menu prices for lunch were what I would expect for a dinner menu, not much under $15 and many over $20. I had the $10.95 chicken enchiladas which were quite good. They came with a small scoop of rice and refried beans with a single corn chip on the side. The rice was rather bland but the beans were very tasty. There was no complimentary chips and salsa served before the meal. I had to get the servers attention when my drink was empty and I asked for a glass of water. After drinking a few sips, I noticed that the lip of the glass had lipstick marks on it! Yech. I complained to the server and got a very weak apology. Service was so-so and the restaurant was not busy. All in all, I'd probably not return due to price and cleanliness issues.
