A beautiful scenic ride takes you to this old stagecoach stop where you will find a saloon, shops, a museum, schoolhouse and a lot of historic stuff.
A must see, you will pass the beautiful Canyon lake on your way there.

Old west type of town with a great saloon, walls covered with dollar bills. Good restaurant. Lots of fun ambiance.

Always a great burger. Fun to take out of towners. Lots to look at even with this small area. Recommend the drive any time of year

We ended up in Tortilla Flat after taking a wrong turn in Apache Junction and deciding to keep driving while enjoying the scenery. Nice little tourist town to kill some time in and the views along the way were absolutely beautiful. I'd definitely return here to spend more time checking out Canyon Lake. I'd also consider continuing on the road to visit Roosevelt Dam, although the road is currently closed past Tortilla Flat due to flooding.

This drive and setting was such a treat - a beautiful drive through the desert and a million Saguaro cactus to see. The restaurant and museum and setting were delightful!
