We were recently diving at Cano Island and had a great time. There may not be a ton of dive sites, but the ones we dove were never dull. From the largest Goliath Grouper I've seen, through squadrons of Mobula Rays, to Turtles, Morays and White Tips, we were always entertained. We were disappointed not to see a Manta, but the number of Souther Rays more than made up for it. It's pacific diving so vis comes and goes, and it can be colder than all get out, but the schooling fish, large pelagics and macro life is pretty darn intense.
