You should at least eat there once while you're in Drake Bay. Authentic and delicious!

I ate here at least once a day for 3 days. The food is really good, really cheap and is served with love. Semi-addicted to the grilled fish, which was usually seabass and mahi. Just solid food for a great price. The kid who works the tables here taught me a couple dozen new spanish words and he is a bright soul, a waiter you want to win. The kitchen itself was always buzzing with laughs and good will.

We own a little B&B in Drake Bay. We only do breakfast, so we send our guests out for dinner. This is our #1 recommendation. Good food, good people, fresh produce and fresh fish. I would highly recommend it!

We ended up here after learning that most of the resorts won't serve non-guests (limited inventory). . . this is on the road, up from the beach, near to the other restaurant (Jade Mar) and across from the little market. We ordered fresh fruit juice, salads and fries. Everything was good and the service was friendly. The added bonus is that the open piece of land that the patio overlooks is full of critter activity! Scarlett macaws, vultures, iguanas - plus the local dogs, bunnies, chickens!
