We recently spent 15 days in CR and this restaurant was an oasis in a desert of generally overpriced and overcomplicated food. The food was delicious, inexpensive and simple. It has breathtaking views, clean kitchens and friendly service.
If you are ever passing - we were on route from San Isidro to Manuel Antonio - make an effort to eat here - personally I would go out of my way to re-visit. They served the best quesadillas we had all holiday and prices were reminiscent of a bygone era
Thoroughly recommended. This was the highlight of our holiday; well... apart from Scarlet macaws, Resplendent quetzals, stunningly beautiful countryside, climate, monkeys, rivers, mountains, sloths, oceans, beaches, tropical plants, the people, the sunshine...etc..etc.
