We ate here one night not expecting much. We order the tuna, which was fresh and fabuluous! We both agreed that the seared tuna was the best tuna we have ever had. It tasted like a well aged, rare filet mingion. Service was excellent as well. I would be surprised if anyone ever got a bad meal here.

We did not eat there but saw many who did and the food looked wonderful. This was a great place for live music. We had great service. We enjoyed our evening there very much.

After a three hour journey from Puerto Jiminez along flooded roads accompanied by the sight (well for those with lights on their vehicles) of Ticos overtaking in the most bizarre locations it was a pleasure to have found this restaurant. Still befuddeled by my travels the ambience soon restored my sanity and the food was excellent; the chef obviously took pride in his work. We would have stayed longer but pot holes and lightening had taken their toll and sleep beckoned!

Went for dinner on a Friday night and had a most pleasant evening. The restaurant is open air and quite expansive. Waiters are courteous and well trained. Menu is limited; offerings that evening included pork chop pizzaoila and a variation on chicken cordon bleu. My 11yr old who is usually quite difficult loved the Mexican style chicken tacos. They managed to make me a vegetarian pasta which was off menu. Live music by a guitar playing vocalist and a violinist added to the ambience. Prices are not cheap; from 4000 to 7000 or so colones for the main course, possibly more for fish or seafood but well worth it when you consider the total experience. We all agreed we would gladly return should we ever be in Dominical again!
