The wings are incredible, the view is unbelievable, great vibe and awesome service. Not to be missed! If you're like us we'd been pretty active and eating super healthy in the days leading up to going there while adventuring around CR so we needed a little Pepto Bismol on hand the next day after devouring 6 plates of wings and a couple burgers. :)

Great wings (tons of outside-the-box flavors) and cold beer. Awesome views of the water and likely sunsets (it was cloudy the night we visited). We enjoyed watching the toucans flying in and out of the trees just feet from where we are sitting. Definitely not an authentic place to the region, but if you want some good wings and a burger, this is the place to go!

I am not a wing person but I LOVE THESE WINGS! My mouth is watering now just thinking about them. We have eaten there about 20 times in the past 10 months and they have been consistently very good. We enjoy the Hot Sugar Cane, The Honey BBQ, and Maple (something). The burgers are great too and if you go there as a couple I would recommend splitting an order of both wings and a burger. Every time that we have gone we have seen toucans flying around the grounds of the restaurant. It is located up a steep road, 4x4 recommended, but it is worth the trip or "vale la pena" as they say here in Costa Rica. Great view of the ocean looking out towards Cano Island.
Gracias Jordy, Adrian, and Storm for the great food!
Pura Vida!

Good but steep road up to the side of the mountain to Jolly Rogers - fun to drive in a 4x4! Very festive place with a great high up coastal view and sunsets. They have about 20 different and unique flavors of wings. We tried the basil parmesan, buffalo, honey BBQ, and spicy maple syrup wings and a bacon blue cheese burger - everything was good, especially the burger! They also have pizza. Our service was a little slow and it seemed like some parties got their food before us (even though we were seated beforehand) but the staff and the owner, Storm, were attentive and apologetic for the delay. Try to get there at least 30-45 minutes before sunset to avoid a wait...we visited on Jan 2 so it was Christmas/New Years busy time. Important to note: they don't open until 4PM and they only accept CASH!

Definitely not kidding on this! Unbelievable selection of flavors. My personal favorite is the "Basil Parmesan," but my husband prefers the spicier options. If you're in the Southern Zone, this is a "DON'T MISS" place to eat.
