We had a large group of us ranging from 16 to 55 years old and each one of us had a blast- including those who were the more extreme adventure seekers in the group. The scenery was beautiful, the water was clean, and the rapids were a thrill for most of us! The guides were very knowledgeable not only about navigating the rafts down the Savegre River but also about the plants and animals in the area. It was a great way to experience Costa Rica and to see its many treasures. From a mother's standpoint, I was assured to see the safety precautions the guides took--life jackets and helmets. At all times, I felt that we were in very capable, experienced hands. We all loved the delicious snack that was prepared for us at the waterfall and enjoyed the lunch at the end of our adventure. Definitely bring some dry clothes to change into! We also used Dominical Surf Adventures for surfing lessons and it too was another very well run operation and great experience! Norma and Henry were very intent on satisfying their customers and went out of their way to make sure we all enjoyed ourselves. We were thinking about kayaking in the caves but Henry did not like the approaching weather conditions. I very much appreciated his honesty. A first rate operation!
