I have eaten several time at the Longhorn Restaurant in Tombstone, Az., food has always been good and the service has always been good too, at times they are very busy so I try to stop in 3 to 4 in the afternoon between lunch and dinner, large portions with a variety on the menu from Steaks, Ribs to sandwiches and everything in between.

The Longhorn dinner was fantastic! The portions were oversized, cooked to perfection as ordered, and hot when served, considering how busy the restaurant was. We ordered Prime Rib, mine a 12 oz size that looked liked it was well over 16 oz and with little fat. My wife ordered an "end cut" (12 oz) that was actually the size of 2 meals. It was nice and blackened on the outside, and cooked medium, and with a quality taste. It would have been a perfect leftover meal for the next day if we had a way to preserve it on our travels, so we had to leave the leftovers. Our meal came with a baked potato and seasonal vegetables, all hot with the meal. The restaurant was extremely busy, yet we were never hurried; we were left to enjoy the meal and the time. We will definitely visit agin when we return to Tucson.

The Longhorn breakfasts are wonderful with large portions and a good variety of choices. I love the design your own omelets and ham and egg specials. We noticed the dinners were higher priced than the last time we were there and ours did not include a salad like they used to. Our prime rib was cooked perfectly but my husband's pulled pork sandwich was not good. However, our server adjusted the price to not charge us for the pulled pork. The service by "Guy" was great as per usual and he always remembers what we like even though we had not been there for some time.

We had dinner there, good steaks and friendly service, I cannot understand why they use plastic plates to serve steaks that costs $ 25.
